口コミがあまり良くなかったので心配しましたが、そんな事は全くなくハーフコースのお料理も美味しく、ブッフェは食べたいものが数多くありよかったです。ベッドから富士山が見えて朝は最高にテンションがあごりました。また、ぜひ行きます。 さらに表示

部屋からそして温泉からの富士山感動！ 彼女も今までで一番の宿と絶賛！ 貸し切り風呂の値段は高いかなぁ。貸し切り時間には50分も富士山にかかればあっという間でした。 食事も満足のいく味でビュッフェも豊富なバリエーション。 ワインはもう少しリーズナブルの値段があってもよいかと... 総合的には高めですが富士山が確実に見えればまた泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

母娘２人旅で来ました。部屋と露天風呂から河口湖と富士山が見えて最高でした。 食事も夜はコース、朝はバイキングでしたがとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方が気さくに話し掛けてくださり温かかったです。 アジア系の外国人も多く泊まっており、露天風呂でのタオルの使い方が悪かったのが残念でした。 さらに表示

最大の利点は各部屋？の開放的な河口湖を望むテラスと露天風呂の大胆な眺望、アジアンテイストのホテルでは家族カップルで充分リラックスできます。河口湖駅から5分程度で送迎バスとっても便利！アットファミリーな対応に身心ともに癒やされますよ。 夕食の洋食懐石風コースとビュッフェの組み合わせには大満足。料理は和食洋食共に最高！イタリアンの大食漢の夫も納得の星5！ さらに表示

年に4・5回の頻度で温泉旅行してます。 「今年ラストの温泉は富士山観たいね～」となって、同行者がこちらのホテルを選びました。 富士山さえ観れればそれでよかったので、他は正直あまり期待していませんでしたが・・・ まぁビックリ！部屋・温泉・料理・サービス 全て非の打ちどころなしの満点！ あくまで好みの問題ですし 宿泊施設のタイプも異なりますが、今夏行った能登の某日本一有名な旅館よりも、私は好きです。 最も気分をアゲてくれたのはスタッフの皆さんの笑顔の接客対応。 お仕事ですし、気分や体調がすぐれない時もあるかと思います。私たち宿泊客も多くは求めません。 しかしながら、こちらの皆さんはお会いしたどの方も好印象でした。 特に2階ダイニング ホールスタッフの谷内さんのサービスは秀逸です。 彼のおかげで、宿泊翌日のスケジュールがとても充実したものになり、チェックアウト後もサービスを受けたような感じでした。 令和元年最高の締めくくりになりました。 この先しばらくは、毎年こちらで年末はお世話になる予定です。 さらに表示

Red line bus stop just at the front door. Nice view of Mt. Fuji and room is spacious and clean in general, except dust at the bench of the head of the bed. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choices and the dinner is delicious too. さらに表示

Gives guest a very spectacular view of Mount Fuji, which happened to be very clear when we were there. We arrived and woke up to a beautiful montain view. And we enjoyed the onsen too. The staff obliged when we requested to be sent earlier to the Kawaguchiko Station for us to catch the earliest bus to Mount Fuji Subaru 5th Station. Will definitely stay at the hotel again. さらに表示

I had the most luxuries stay in Japan. Room is spacious. Mighty Mt Fuji view is amazing from our room. Private onsen in room with the great mountain view, worth the price! The service when we stayed here was superb and excellent. Starting the second we reached, there's already a few crews were waiting at outside to welcome us in the cold winter @ 5'C. Handled over the luggages and handbags to them and brought us to the lobby lounge. Welcome drinks and free flow snacks are served to us while waiting for the check in procedure. Need not to move a single step, their service made us felt so classy! Receptionist was very polite, brought us to our room and explained and gave us a tour of our room. Our room is at the floor of Kukuna club, so we got our treats of free flows and unlimited snacks, drinks and wine until 8pm. Need not afraid of hunger! We had our Japanese style dinner, food and menu was satisfied with the winter fresh ingredients and sashimi and they served my favourite sukiyaki. Breakfast spread is good, most important is the restaurant just in front the Mt Fuji view! There's free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station after checking out. I didn't get to see the beautiful Fujisan because of the typhoon but it is not their fault. In fact, this hotel is great, probably the best onsen view and design that I've ever been in Japan. Room is extremely large and relaxing. A lot of entertainments. great location (right in front of bus stop). The only two things that I have to say: First, their breakfast and dinner are below the average of hotels of this caliber. not really tasty and not many choices. I barely fed myself with some rice. They do not serve Kaiseki ryori so if you are after this, do not come. Second, the price is at higher end in this area. watch out on the price increase! さらに表示

Highly recommended this place! Slightly pricey but it is worth it. Great view of Mount Fuji and the lake, even from the room. Two nice onsen for you to use freely, while enjoying the sights of Mount Fuji. Widespread choices for dinner and breakfast. Red line bus stop just in front of hotel, very convenient. Everything is excellent from customer service, breakfast and dinner, view of Mt Fuji, room facilities and more...only they didn’t provide shuttle services for guests who extended their check-out time, but it is not a huge fuss as there is a red line bus picking guests up to Kawaguchiko Station right at the doorstep. さらに表示
