当日は時間より早くついてしまい、その後の予定も有り、早めにチェックインできないか確認したが、その時点で直ぐにチェックインさせていただけた。また、タクシーの手配もスムーズでスタッフの皆様の教育が行き届いているところにとても感動しました。妻の誕生日と、結婚記念のお祝いでしたが、非日常の空間がなんとも言えないサプライズとなりました。 さらに表示

　ここ最近、宿泊した施設の中では格別、アメニティ関連が良かったです。近年、そこそこの料金を取られるのに、髭剃りの品質が銭湯で購入するものよりも悪いことがあります。髭剃りの剃り具合は、もちろんのこと、その他に関しても良かったです。部屋やスタッフさんの対応が良いのは、言うまでもありません。 さらに表示

２昔前のimageの京王プラザホテル、最上階の45階のクラブラウンジとフルリノベーション、35階から41階のプレミアグランデラックスルーム（クラブルーム）約35平米、40階の都庁と眼下に都議会ホールの建物を望むビューの部屋に滞在。西陽の当たる部屋は明るいが18℃に設定したair conditionerが室温下がらず、真夏は大変そうです。窓が3枠分ビューは最高です。白い壁、白色コンソールバーは冷蔵庫収納の観音開き、ファニュチャーはベージュ系、オットマンソファー、一人掛けソファーはグレィ系、差し色をグレイブルーのクッションなどに。英国のデザイナー監修らしいが、、、。バスルームは、段差が有るユニット型だ。バスルームの壁はグレィの大理石に似せたパネル、なんとも日本ぽい造り方で家のお風呂場みたい、トイレも個室造りで家のトイレみたいです。 シャープ製50インチTV、ベッドから距離が有るので、画面が小さい、音量を上げないと聞き取りずらい。ベッドは少し硬めなので、デュベを厚い物にしてほしかった。リネン類は、文句なしの最高級です。浴衣、ナイトウェア、バスローブもあり、ターンダウンにタオルとアメニティを補充。支配人メッセージカードと共に、チョコレートも。クラブルームにしては狭い、バスルーム、トイレのコンセプトは外国人には新鮮に映るが日本人にはチョットどうでしょう？何か、滞在のモヤモヤ感が。答えはスタッフのコミュニケーション不足です、チェックインしてから何度もクラブラウンジのフロント前を通っているのに、挨拶のみで海外の5つ星ホテルと比較すると対応が冷たい感じです。『部屋はどうか!?何か有りますか？』滞在中に声を掛けられた機会が1度も無い。クラブラウンジはダイニングゾーンとラウンジソファーゾーンに別れています。造作は100点満点の70点かな…。客数に対応するために家具が小さめで、身体が大きいな客向けじゃ無いこと。ダイニングチェアーが安っぽい合皮張りで、このコーナーが一番好きじゃ無いです。アフタヌーンティー65点、カクテルタイム60点、朝食80点かな…。スタッフは空いたグラスと食器を下げるだけの配置人数、ブッフェ料理、beverageは客が勝手にメイキングするタイプです。カクテルタイムにホットミール、フライド物が全く無い、味付けが薄いので塩胡椒、レモン、ライムで手直ししました。頑張って京王　 さらに表示

アゴダの予約サイトで、プレミアグランと記載されていましたので、プレミアグランのサービスを受けられると思ってチェックインしましたが、一般の、普通の部屋でした。最上階のクラブルーム専用の場所でのチェックインに行きましたが、あなたはここではないと言われ、恥をかいてしまいました。結局、数万円の追い金を支払い、本当のプレミアグランの部屋に宿泊しましたが、高上がりになってしまったし、非常に面白くない思いをしました。 さらに表示

プレミアグランについては全てに大満足いたしました。ただ一つだけ、不満・不便だったのは宿泊施設内のWiFi接続が中々出来ない事でした。宿泊した9日中、ほぼ毎日ホテルスタッフにを部屋に来て貰い接続依頼、それでも繋がらず、スタッフから他の部屋も毎日同じ状況で、ホテル経営陣により簡単な接続方法へ切り替えようと意見を何回出しても変わっていないようでした。 我々も結局はホテル内WiFiは諦め、自分だちのデータをずっと使いましたが。。。 これだけ改善出来れば、100点満点のホテルです。 さらに表示

We prefer to stay in Ginza when it Tokyo, but we wanted to experience the vibe in Shinjuku so we booked a night here at Keio Plaza. If you are decided about staying in Shinjuku, this is a great option. Service was great. We ran into a bit of inconvenience when there was suddenly no water coming from the faucet just as my husband and I were getting ready for bed (close to midnight). The hotel staff was responsive. Ultimately, they could not fix the problem and we had to move to another room. It was not the best experience, but the staff was attentive and apologetic -- and the when we checked out, the manager was there to offer his apologies and handed us with a special token. We appreciated this -- because not everything will go perfectly all the time, but how the staff responds to the situation is what makes all the difference. If you like cocktails, make sure to try Brilliant, a wonderful bar right inside the hotel. They make excellent and reasonably priced cocktails. さらに表示

We appreciated the fact that there are several restaurants within the hotel. The buffet breakfast however in the Premier Lounge had the same food in the 5 days that we were there. The staff were friendly and attentive. I like that the hotel had a mailbox where we can just drop off our rented porta WiFi instead of looking for one at the airport. さらに表示

We really enjoyed our stay at Keio Grand Premier. My kids love the Club lounge. Its so cozy & relaxing. You can choose from 4 different restaurants for breakfast including the Club Lounge. The location is superb. Walking distance from Takashimaya & Shinkuju Station & local restaurants & convenient stores. Convenient location, right in the middle of many subway and train stations, but its not close to anyone. You need to walk about 10 mins to each one and all of them have so complicated layout, so many exits and layers and connected to each other. The room is clean and comfortable. Good interior design. Nice exclusive lounge with best roof top view opposite the city hall. All you can eat snack and drink. Breakfast is ok. Nothing fantastic, Not much variety, But good ingredient. for those early birds who book early should definitely choose to stay in any of the club suite. whoever can afford to stay @ a hotel in central Shijunku district should consider staying here. 5 stars for space and comfort at its best in japan.. さらに表示

Excellent staff, great experience staying at the Keio Plaza, room was beautiful and had all the little things we needed, and even some we didn’t realise we needed! Location is great, straight line walk to Shinjuku station in a few minutes, and the airport limousine bus picks up right out front too. I’m sure breakfast would have been great but we chose to sleep in instead, it was the most comfortable bed/pillows/room we had this trip. さらに表示

The premier room size is huge and the toiletries are from Loccitane . The Japanese breakfast was nice but common - salmon with rice and condiments. The western breakfast spread on 45th floor was not much but very high quality food. But overall You are paying for your room size, the 45th floor and location. If you have the means, staying in the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand is a must. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and they serve an excellent one. A 10 minute walk to the Shinjuku Station and less than 4 minute walk to the Tochomae Line. Lots of restaurants inside the hotel and a convenient store that came in handy for simple needs. What an absolute waste of what could be a beautiful establishment. - Room = beautiful - Club lounge = beautiful - Lobby = terrible - breakfast buffet = terrible - Staff = an absolute joke! The staff and lobby rate this place a 0. Could not comprehend how such an expensive establishment hires and fosters such terrible staff. Not willing to accomodate any requests or help.
