旧知床プリンスは、ウトロ市街を見下ろす高台にあります。 市街地のホテルとは異なり、大変上品なホテルです。 浴衣姿で館内を行き来して良いというのは、目をつぶって。 インテリアも洗練され、余計なBGMもありません。 ロビーで知床の自然を紹介するビデオの音が大きかったくらい。 朝食は大変素晴らしく、一人一人に焼いてくれるオムレツは 最高ですね。 ロビーには、ドアで仕切られた子どもプレイスペースもあり、 部屋には内風呂もあるので、幼児連れの方でも大浴場で 熱い湯船やオムツ外しにも気兼ねしないで宿泊できると思います。 さらに表示

夫婦二人旅でしたが、ファミリー向きの部屋があたりました。港が一望。 大浴場は種類が豊富で、近くの名水(来運神社)のサービスが湯上りに気持ち良かったです。 食事は海、山、里の食材が盛りだくさんで、スタッフの気遣いもグーでした。 さらに表示

駐車場まで走ってスタッフの方がやってきて荷物を運んでくれました。とても感じがいいなと思っていたのですが、チェックイン後ロビーのソファに座った旦那の横に、カートに載った荷物が置いてあり、これは自分で運ぶって事？それとも案内してくれるのかな？と待っていたが、誰も来ず。玄関でおしぼりを渡していた女性に聞いたところ、荷物は自分で持って行ってカートはロビーに戻してくださいとのこと。先にそう言ってくれればいいのに何も言わず放置。チェックインの際、夜ご飯は何時になさいますか？と聞いておいて、19時半しか空いていませんと言われ時間は選べませんでした。それなら最初から聞くなよと。ご飯はビュッフェ形式になっており、制限時間もないし席も多いので時間の指定は意味があるのかな？と。味はそこそこ美味しかったものの、チーズはないし、生ビール中は別料金で800円もかかります。ソフトドリンクも別料金。フリードリンクはお茶とお水しかありません。 部屋は広かったが、2人で泊まるのにハンドタオルが一つしかない。 一番酷かったことは、私たちは連泊したのですが、部屋の清掃が入ったのにベッドメイキングはされてないし、洗面所のトイレの下に置いてあったゴミ箱が浴槽の縁に置かれており、1枚しかなかったハンドタオルも変えたのか変えてないのかわからないくらい適当に畳んで置いてありました。 2日目の夕食も結局時間は選べず19時半と指定されました。 このホテルがなぜ4つ星か本当に意味わかりません。 さらに表示

すごく良い
部屋は広くて清潔で、洗面台が二つあり、家族連れにはとても便利でした。エアコンの音が大きくてうるさかったです。 食事は夕食、朝食ともに種類が豊富で美味しかったですが、コッテリしたものが多かったです。 館内全体的にナチュラルにまとめられて、素敵なホテルでした。 さらに表示

The hotel is on a hill and has nice views of the area. I had very nice big room, the onsen was nice and the there was a nice variety of foods for breakfast and dinner. However you have to walk up hill from the shops and the bus terminal. The hotel did however provide pickup from the bus terminal. The bus to Shari and Abashari stops at this hotel. The level of English of staff was limited but they were patient and understanding. さらに表示

We arrived by bus. Due to language difficulties, the woman at the bus station INSISTED that the only way to get there was to WALK. Then, another woman piped in that we NEEDED to WALK. I pointed to our luggage. Still adamant about WALKING. If you have luggage, it's too far + an uphill climb. We tried but gave up. Luckily, the 7-11 staff (at the foot of the hill) were HELPFUL and called the hotel for us and arranged for pick up which came within 10 minutes. Coin laundry is on the ground floor (3 machines) on the way to the onsen. 500 to wash. 200 to dry. One can time it to drop off laundry, go to onsen, put clothes in drier and come back for it. English is limited but they do MAKE UP for fluency with earnest intentions to resolve issues. Just be patient. We did not take any meals in the onsen as full board is too much food for us. さらに表示

Very beautiful hotel in a beautiful nature setting. Spacious ryoken and western room with breakfast and dinner buffet. Food is sumptous and good variety. Stay 2 nights and explore the nature slowly, come back to a relaxing onsen dip and then delicious dinner. さらに表示

The hotel lobby and room was lovely, newly renovated, no smell of past smokes. Onsen was large and spacious. Location was great (we drove). Just a 5 min walk away from a popular sunset viewing spot. The only thing was somehow the buffets were a little lackluster. Possibly one of the best. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and really huge compared to most other Japanese hotels. Facilities are excellent, with a beautiful and well decorated lobby, facilities for kids and adults, and the public bath is excellent. Expensive, but well worth the money. Location wise, not so good as it is on a hilltop, and getting to the nearest convenience shop can be quite a hassle. Food in the restaurant is excellent and really fresh. さらに表示

We got upgrade in to western room with sea view. The room was huge with a big, comfortable sofa, 2 beds and a bunk bed with modern deco. Staff were nice and try their best to communicate with us. Onsen is nice. Buffet with various choice of food. さらに表示

It is truly comfortable staying in this hotel . Besides having good facilities , the hotel provides good food and the Japanese buffet. You will find yourself going all well staying in whole day and night during winter time. Convenience store is about 3min walk down hill and not to a far distance. I booked a Japanese style room. I never tried to prepare the bed myself. I wonder i need to do this myself as I had already paid for 2 thousands some hkd. Moreover the food quality is not I expected compared with the room price さらに表示
