隠れ家的旅館。屋号の通り竹をふんだんに使用した建物に癒されました。 部屋は清潔です。そしてお食事は美味しかったです。でも器が残念でした。器もお料理に含まれますので。 あと、部屋は2階建てでとても広かったのですが収納が残念！玄関横の狭いクローゼットのみで引き出しがどこにもありません。 それと洗面の排水が悪かったです。 あと排水口が汚れていました。 お風呂場のタイルの目地も黒かったです。 アメニティは充実していました。 あと無料Wi-Fiが2階部屋は使えません。 全体的に照明が暗いです。 特に入り口が真っ暗なのが残念でした。 バーカウンターはコーヒー紅茶の種類が豊富でとてもよかったです。 でもグラスに水滴の跡がついていました。 リクエストしたスワンタオルがとても可愛くて感激しました。 手厳しい感想になりましたが、決して安い宿泊料ではないので、客目線のきめ細かいサービスを期待します。 さらに表示

旅館改装前、ギリギリの宿泊でした。 スタッフの対応は、素晴らしかった。 それなりの料金なので、当然かもしれないが、また寄りたい旅館だと感じました。 室内温泉がある為、別の貸切風呂は、物足りないと感じました。 食事は、部屋出し。若い方には、少々物足りない量かと思います。 プライベート感を重んじるならば、ここは、他のお客様に会う事無いような作りや サービスなので、望む方には良い旅館かと 思います。 さらに表示

This was our second stay at Kinnotake Sengokuhara. I have only positive remarks about this experience. From the moment you step onto the property, the service is charming and generous. The atmosphere of Kinnotake is like a fairytale. The sound of trickling water, the subtle perfume of burning incense, the warm golden light of the reception area. Once in the room, any sense of an outside world falls away. The view of the bamboo pond is lovely. The amenities are abundant and of good quality. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The onsen is just absolutely perfect. Both dinner and breakfast are such special experiences. Stay here. It is worth every penny. さらに表示

Not convenient to reach via public transport. Had to drag luggage up the hill. Dinner served is so so only. I had better variety and taste elsewhere for better price. Only thing that i like is privacy and having own onsen in the room. さらに表示

Kinnotake is an amazing luxury ryokan experience, with top notch service and the most accommodating, kind and helpful staff. I stayed with a friend and we booked the suite with an open-air bath on the top floor. The outdoors onsen-fed bath was super clean and felt great! The only negative about the experience (and we knew this going in) was that the entire inn is smoking - so as nonsmokers, the faint smoke smell was a little bothersome. It happened to be both a national holiday as well as a blizzard day when we needed to leave the ryokan, so buses weren't going up the mountain. The staff at Kinnotake informed of us this in the morning during breakfast, and arranged a private car for us to take us to a point where public transportation was running. One of the ladies on the staff hauled my massive 40lb suitcase down the snowy road to the waiting car so I could focus on maintaining my footing. Thank you so much to the staff at Kinnotake for helping us get out of Hakone that day! さらに表示

Booked a non smoking room and when we checked in, the room reeked of cigarettes and the staff disregarded it until we asked to changed rooms. He said they were fully booked and offered to bring in 2 air purifiers. It helped a little bit but the machines were so noisy. Did not enjoy the stay because of that. さらに表示

This was a beautiful hotel in a stunning part of Japan. Only issue was getting on the bus from the station, which was rammed and the hotel did not offer any sort of transfer. They also charged us to sit in the bar, which seemed a bit unnecessary as we were buying drinks. さらに表示

As soon as you step on site you feel relaxed, the atmosphere, staff, decoration all alleviate the stress of the journey. Stunning room, private onsen bath with incredible views over the mountains. Calm, quiet but excellently located with a bustop just opposite. Very good food served in individual rooms, new culinary experience except the barbequed meat that filled the duplex with smoke- but delicious. Highly recommend. さらに表示
