Was given a room in another wing. Both the building and rooms smelled musty as if no one had stayed in a long time. No meal options were given and staff did not help when asked questions about the area. さらに表示

They should find someone else to do her job. Very disappointed. This is the first time I found a staff with this kind of manner in Japan. The electrical massage chair in my room also does not work. 5-15 mins "before" the check out time. They called to my room for 1 times and then there have 2 women, they helped each other knocked at my door for 4 sets (3 times/set) each set stop 1 mins/sets. They knocked like there have someone died inside my room. I will never go back there again and I suggest you not to go there. There still have my better hotel around here. さらに表示

The Ryokan was beautiful, with a good indoor onsen and a small peaceful pond you can view from near the lobby, there was free wifi all over the hotel, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly (always pouring you tea without asking, washed all my clothes without charge, helped me book my next nights accommodation) , but they did not speak much English. I had a Japanese phrase book and managed just fine , to be honest the whole of Kinosaki doesn't speak much English! The Ryokan does not have an English sign at the front but I was given directions by an attendant as I got off the train and the friendly locals pointed me in the right direction. I had a lovely stay here, food was great, the whole experience was the highlight of my trip to Japan. If you can cope with using a phrase book then this place is perfect! Also I recommend looking up yukata (provided during your stay) and onsen rules/ettiquette before you venture out into the town. さらに表示

Parfaitement situé, nous avons eu une très grande et belle chambre. On nous a fait choisir les yukatas. Le onsen est sans particularité, mais le but étant de profiter des onsen publics de Kinosaki. On y était durant un weekend de 3 jours, donc beaucoup de monde mais très agréable dans les rues, le personnel du ryokan un peu a fond... さらに表示

เดินไม่ไกลจากสถานี คิโนซากิออนเซ็น เดินชมเมืองมาเรื่อยๆ ชิวมาก ที่พักสะอาดมาก (จองแบบมีห้องน้ำในตัว) แต่ห้องอาบน้ำเป็นแบบอาบน้ำรวม จะมีสองห้อง สลับชายหญิงทุกวัน wifi ใช้ได้บริเวณลอบบี้ และ ชั้น 2 ที่ใกล้กลับ ลอบบี้ สรุป ชอบมากครับ さらに表示

1.先说说优点。距离温泉小镇的商业街很近，吃饭买东西非常方便！酒店内有一个小庭院，旁边还有一台按摩椅，我在这里消磨了很多时间！酒店有内汤，也提供外汤券。室内嘛就和普通温泉旅馆一样的布置。 2.缺点？没有缺点哦！ 总的来说，价格相宜，环境卫生干净，好评好评好评～😊😊😊 さらに表示

服务一般，不讲英文，有个台湾男生和女生可以进行中文交流，但多数时候他们并不在，只能和三位日语大婶手势交流！没有在这里早晚餐，不仅因为价格较为昂贵，也确实是不太习惯和食的口味！镇上其实其他选择也不多，地藏汤旁的小道有家中华料理还可以吧！ さらに表示

提供服务的是三位大婶，英语基本上无法交流，其中一位比较外向，一位中规中矩，而有一位就有点冷冰冰了。服务上没有出彩的地方，更多的感受是冷淡吧，但也没有不舒服。在店里有一位台湾男生和一位女生，咨询了一些泡汤的注意事项、流程和方法，禁忌等，很好的为我们提供了帮助，非常感谢！ 旅馆位置我觉得很好，不在小河边少了热闹也少了嘈杂，很安静，其实整个小镇步行哪个方向都在10分钟内，非常适合悠闲的散步。 清洁度还可以，布草和浴衣比较旧，其他店也没住过无法比较，观感上是比较干净的。 给我们安排了最高楼层最里边的日式和房，可能是我们带了小孩吧，安排的较为偏僻，以免打扰其他客人，当然我们也要求孩子们自律减少噪音和玩闹。 晚上在镇子上夜跑是很好的选择，气候和温度都很事宜，跑后在旅馆的私汤里冲洗，泡汤很能缓解疲劳，也没什么人，很放松。 设施很不错，有空调，被褥也很舒适，睡的也很安稳，带卫生间（当然有私汤就没有浴室了），提供的牙刷等用具也还可以。 さらに表示
