こじんまりしてスタッフの気配りも行き届いていてユックリとできました。 歩いて１分もかからない所に二ヶ所も外湯があるので、外湯巡りも楽しめました。 食事も美味しくいただきました。 ロビーでゆっくりコーヒーでも飲めるともっと良かったです。 さらに表示

8 mins walk from station though there was a tourist bus to fetch from station on arrival to various ryokans. On the return the ryokan drove us to the station in a car. Room was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a private garden . Full privacy room with internal onsen tub , shower and toilet . Unfortunatley it is very cold in winter because the wooden sliders separating the Sun room, toilet and main room has to be closed to keep warm. On arrival a Japanese Lady who could only speak Japanese explain to us the wearing of the Yutaka and also Ensure then it the right size especially the length so it could protect the entire length of the legs from the cold air. Meals can be served in room or in dining hall . Both days breakfast and dinners are different , in case you stayed more than one night. All staff are very courteous and helpful . While dinner the staff will come into room to make up the beds and switch in the floor heating element to kelp the futon. さらに表示

Wow, everything was perfect! The location is just by the river and close to all the Onsen. It even has its own bath in-house which is great. We stayed 2 nights and had dinner and breakfast twice. The food was excellent and different for each meal - we were pleased with all the meals. The dinner had so many different things, it was almost overwhelming. For us it was a fantastic experience! For the second dinner, my wife did not want the sashimi so they prepared another plate with beef. The staff was so attentive and nice! We would definitely come back if we have a chance! さらに表示

Be aware of no elevator in the hotel, but hotel staff will assist you to carry your luggage up and down. Onsen is not a big one, but spacious enough. Also hotel will offer you a free pass to other onsens in the town, so just relax and enjoy =) さらに表示

A ryokan is not a hotel. While not having the hardware of a hotel, Yamamotoya more than makes up in its software, attention to the guests and superb hospitality. This beats any other places I have travelled. Having breakfast and dinner in the ryokan is a must - this experience is truly special and the staff are very personable in ensuring every guest feels special and well taken care of. さらに表示

Yamamotoya provides free valet parking for self driving travelers. Simply just drive straight to the doorstep of the hotel to unload your luggages and their staff will park your car for you at their own private parking space just at the opposite street (less than 1 min away). The rooms were great and almost all rooms faces the main kinosaki street. Lots of eating options nearby (1 min walk). The only downside was that the hotel is almost next to a public toilet. You can only smell the public toilet from the open air onsen, everywhere else in the hotel you wouldn't be able to smell it so its ok. さらに表示

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Kinosaki Yamamotoya! We were served our dinner and breakfast by the very lovely staff member Kaz and we had great conversations with him and felt very much at home. All the staff at the ryokan were warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable there. The food, views, accommodations, the ONSEN (hot spring), all of it was perfect! I could not have asked for a better experience. The ryokan’s own hot spring was pretty empty so it was basically like a private hot spring both times I went. We also got passes to enjoy the other hot springs around there but my favorite was the hotel’s. It was the best dinner of my life. For the price, I think it was %10000 worth it. I would reccomend this place to anyone I know and hope to come back agin some day! さらに表示

All staff of hotel is very much nice. They can give everything that we wanted. Therefore, location is so great too. Hotel located between the popular onsens and near the cable car to the top of mountain. Lastly, size of room is so big. I think 4 persons can live in without restriction. I love this hotel!! さらに表示

The place was beautiful and wonderfully situated between two public baths at the cross road across from the main street and family mart. We were assigned the Taiwanese staff because we could speak mandarin though we were Singaporeans. She seemed to base her attitude towards us with regards to her experience with her past chinese customers and was pretty rude to us from the very first moment up till the day we leave. The whole stay was made uncomfortable because of her attitude and words towards us, which was unfortunate. さらに表示

The location is just right on in center of the town. The staffs were friendly and kindly hleps on our needs. Onsen in the hotels was very convenience and nice. We have booked and use the private Onsen for 40 mins in reasonable price. さらに表示

I am totally coming back here. The staff was so respectful and helpful. English spoken at front desk, well-stocked with complementary umbrellas, located between all the 7 public springs. The hotel's own bathing area was charming and rustic...I had a bath all alone, in the dark early morning, in a personal bamboo tub, outside in the rain, next to a lush overgrown dripping cliffside. Superb. Also, the food was great, served in the comfort of your my as I had hoped. A couple cons: their vinyl slippers slip off so easily when walking up the stairs, every time I walked upstairs, I had to walk in an awkward way to avoid the slippers coming off. Also, a hot-spring accessory "woven basket" would be a great and appropriate addition to their branded umbrellas and yukata. It would have been extra classy! Also, a simple "morning set" breakfast would have been nice, just rice, egg, fish, coffee/tea. The town of Kinosaki had almost NO breakfast options - I mean, really, a tragedy. I fantasized about opening a breakfast joint there! Still very satisfied, I look forward to coming back to Yamamotoya. I felt a true hospitality and gratitude from them. さらに表示

第二次到訪城崎溫泉，今次㨂選了山本屋，地點方便，酒店內外環境都很不俗，房間對住河畔十分吸引。 一泊二吃十分讚，員工十分友善服務恩勤，整體十分滿意。 有一點旅客需留意，酒店每日23:00-07:00關門，因本人是攝影人事，本想大清早05:30出外到四周拍照，可惜不能外出，只好等到07:00才能外出，這點令我有點失了預算。（上一次到城崎住的另一間酒店是24小時對外開放) さらに表示

1、離車站走路約十分鐘，途中很多商店和餐廳，很多松葉蟹 2、旅館對面有全家便利商店 3、晚餐(松葉蟹和和牛)跟早餐很豐盛，一樓有澡堂含露天，房間只有廁所，洗手台 4、一條路有七間公共澡堂，旅館會給PASS卷，全部都可以免費泡澡，離旅館都很近 5、房間附浴衣、浴巾，可以外出使用 6、有說中文的女服務員，很親切 7、環境很乾淨 8、值得再來一次 さらに表示
