初めての宮島でどこに泊まるか迷っていましたが、こちらの宿にしてよかったです。 海側のお部屋でしたが、朝夕の眺めが最高でした。お食事もとても美味しくて宮島らしいお料理が多く、滞在を満喫できました。 帰りにフェリー乗り場まで車で送ってくださって、とても助かりました。フェリー乗り場まで近いのですが、小さなスーツケースを持っていたので、車で送ってもらえてとても楽で助かりました。 温泉も、眺めも、お食事もお部屋もとてもよかったです。 さらに表示

運悪く台風通過中の宿泊でしたが、その分キャンセルされた海側のお部屋へ変えてくれるなど色々とご配慮頂きました。お陰様で厳島神社の大鳥居（改修中でしたが）を部屋からいつでも眺めることができ快適でした。また台風通過に伴うフェリーの計画欠航を考慮して事前に宿泊キャンセルの有無を確認いただけるなど宿泊者ファーストの対応にも感謝しております。宮島にはどうしても行きたかったため広島観光より宮島を優先しましたが錦水館さんのおかげでそれで良かったと思います。お料理も美味しく各品大変楽しめました。お風呂もパンフに記載されている通りお湯加減が丁度良く何度も入浴させて頂きました。台風は残念でしたがそれを補う良さは今回の旅にはありました（なんせ厳島神社貸し切り状態で見学できましたから。この時期にはあり得ないことかと思います）。ロープウェイなどやはり台風の影響で見学できない場所もありましたのでまた是非宮島には訪れたいと思います。その時に錦水館さんにお世話になれたらと思います。 さらに表示

The service was great! Staff was really friendly and patient to guide us through everything. The onsen is quiet and clean, only downside is that it is indoor. Room is really clean and spacious. My parents love it. Dinner was great but breakfast was mediocre. Overall value for money! Walkable from the pier. さらに表示

You really can't beat the views of Mt Fuji, we went for one of the rooms and although it was cloudy when we arrived, we woke up with a clear sky and a great view. The in room onsen is great and the room overall is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is super nice with a good enough level of english. Food was great. I had a pleasure to stay 1 night while traveling with my mother - it was her first time in traditional Japanese Ryokan. The dinner was excellent, remember to eat very light lunch - the amount is very fair and everything is delicious! Same goes for breakfast. Place is very clean, offers smoking room, relaxing corner and bath. Regretfuly there is no open air bathtub available. Given the beauty of the Tsukishima at night I would higly recommend to stay one night to enjoy the great scenery of the famous Tori at night. さらに表示

Pro: Staff are great! They are really polite and nice. Bed was comfortable. Close to shops. Cons: We stayed in western style double bed. Bedsheet was dirty - but staff was willing to change them although took a bit of time. Another thing is room is very very small, only managed with just 1 medium and 1 small suitcase. Was served 2x japanese style breakfast when was asked 1x western style instead, so my husband cannot have any bites (contained of fish and eel). Was charged onsen tax eventhough we didnt use them - but then the staff offered to drive us to the ferry station afterwards, which was a nice gesture. さらに表示

此乃一所創業100年溫泉♨️旅館 到達時有員工介紹整座溫泉旅館的設施，還把行李放到房間同時再一次仔細介意房間 入住的 楽座 為和室14畳，約400平方呎，非常寬敞 一泊二食，晚餐細緻美味，而早餐是和食+半西式自助，款式多味道佳 旅館後面是表參道商店街，大部份商店營業到午後5時，只有一些少數至7時 溫泉池男女湯各一個，但並不會早晚互換， 旅館內的Book cafe充滿文青氣息，而自助飲料區提供多種免費飲料外，面向鳥居海景之餘，還可自選CD💿播放音樂🎼確實令人豁然開朗 最後check out時雖我們是自駕來，但員工也會開車引領我們的車子到碼頭的乘船位，非常窩心 さらに表示

부모님과 1박에 약65만원으로 예약. 시설은 노후하나 깔끔한편. 가이세키정식을 기대했으라 매우 실망.(가짓수나 맛이 기대이하) 조식은 먹을만함. 직원들은 영어를 잘하고 친절한 편이었음. 리모콘조작을 잘못한건디 티비채널은 1개만 나옴. 종합적으로 저 가격대비 실망스러웠음. さらに表示

미야지마에 있는 료칸들이 다 워낙 비싼데 그 중 가장 합리적은 가격이었고, 가격만큼 직원들의 친절도나 부대시설 이용에 만족합니다. 드링크바와 우산, 게대 대여까지 운영해서 밤산책시 유용하게 이용했습니다. 미야지마 지역 유일한 원탕인 점도 마음에 들었고 온천도 바글바글하지 않고 여유롭게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. さらに表示
