連休初日でしたし、チェックインの時は待ちました。が、朝食、夕食もバイキングで前回お伺いした時の混雑も以前ほどではなく、今回は改善されてスムーズに入れました。 さらに表示

典型的な大型温泉ホテルと言った感じです。食事も大食堂でビュッフェスタイルでとります。お風呂も男女時間制入れ替えで、様々な温泉を楽しむことが出来ます。こじんまり。という言葉と対極にあるホテルですが、比較的静かに過ごすことが出来て良かったです。 さらに表示

We stayed 4 nights in Kinugawa Onsen hotel. Location if quite far from major tourist attraction. But again, this place is an Onsen place. Japanese people go to Kinugawa to enjoy Onsen and have a quiet vacation. If you want a relaxing vacation and enjoy good food, I recommend this place. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style, so you can eat your heart's delight. I personally enjoyed bluefin tuna sashimi everyday. Their steak was good and their ice cream and desserts were exceptionally delicious On our 3rd day, we were surprised we were served grilled lobsters and on the 4th day of dinner, we were served Crab sashimi. Both were so good. By the way, we celebrated my wife's birthday and the staff sang to my wife and they gave her a special gift . Well appreciated. Special mention to the restaurant staff named APRIL. She works fast and she recommended to us places to visit in Kinugawa. Very lucky to have a person working for your hotel. さらに表示

Love their room with great use of mix design, functionable and very spacious. Can get great river view from room. Dinner and Breakfast buffets have varieties of Japanese and Western food. Onsen is awesome with various ingredients to relax in, great amenities provided, really love it and will like to be back there again! The hotel has open for many years, but they maintain to be newly look. They have a lot of facility especially onsen and dinner buffet/breakfast which is something you cannot miss, so variety, plenty and delicious unfortunately time limit is 90minute. The parking lot is quite far but hotel has shuttle bus to take you there. It took 45 minutes driving from nikko to this hotel. (They have free shuttle between the train station) Two things to complain - Even room looks clean but air condition is so dusty. - They has onsen tax exclude but very cheap(150Yen/person). さらに表示

It was unfortunate for our family not being able to enjoy the room we had been looking forward to for our 2 weeks trip, due to the biggest storm and rain in 20 years causing all transportation to stop for a day..... It was very very kind for the hotel to respond to our email in lighting speed and made an exception not to charge us with us providing valid proofs. Pro: relatively cheaper than similar hotel (such as Asaya) Good onsen and not crowded when I visited. Dinner buffet has a lot of variety to select from, even fried rice and fried noodle taste great. Hotel with a public bath. Fun experience. With japanese style tatami room with view on the river. The location between 2 station was not the best. The dinner was a buffet which had some local specialities but could have been better. さらに表示
