霧島オルレ後の宿泊に利用しました。子ども同伴で重たい荷物のため、あらかじめホテル下のバス停までの迎えを頼んでおきました。１０分ほど待ちましたが来ないので、結局徒歩にて・・・ホテルまでの急な登り坂は、オルレ後の身体にはかなり堪えました。お部屋は古めですが、温泉、食事はよかったのに。 ホテル側の宿泊者リストのような用紙には『お迎えあり◯時』と書かれてました。連絡事項を見落とされたのですね。細部までのサービスを！お願いしたいです。 さらに表示

すごく良い
現地に到着したらすでに硫黄の香りが立ち込めていて、至る所から湯気が出て、こんなに素敵な雰囲気の温泉街は初めてでした。お風呂の泉質もよく、泥パックも最高‼️ぜひまた来たいです！ただフロントの方の対応は今ひとつ。もっと研修された方がいいのではと思いました。支払い明細の説明がきちんとされなくて、料金の支払いの時にはぁ？ってなりました。でもこのお風呂でこの値段ならスタッフの対応以外は大満足です‼️ さらに表示

今年のコロナの影響のため閑散としていました。温泉は湯量が多く良かった。 部屋は年数の関係で古い。目につきにくい所、例えば洗面台の排水穴が真っ黒に汚れていた。 スタッフの対応は皆良かった。この難局を乗り越えて頑張ってください。 さらに表示

一人で泊ったが、和室＋洋室のある８Fの部屋で、天気がよいと桜島まで一望できた。しかし、部屋の向きによっては見えないらしい。風呂は広くてよかった。部屋は全体的に作りは古いがウォシュレットなどもあり、必要充分に清潔ではあった。食事２食つきで１２０００円ぐらい。２名で泊った時はひとりあたり２食付きで１０５００円であった。ホテル前から空港まで３０分の公共バスで移動できる。６６０円。近くの居酒屋などの食事ができるところは多いわけではないが、すぐ下の交差点にローソンがある。硫黄系の泉質はなかなかよかった。食事も必要充分。夜は１４００円ぐらいの焼酎飲み放題が割安で楽しめた。 さらに表示

The room is quite big so there is no worried about opening the suitcase. The room is clean but a little bit of old. Hotel offers two places for hot spring inside the hotel. It is an old hotel but room was clean and spacious . One private onsen is pay to use. Front desk speak well english. Kaiseiki dinner need to book in advance as hotel arrange different tome a lot for each hotel guests. Taste wise was average, nothing to shout about. The onsen hotel is near the top of the town and is only a few minutes' walk from small local market. There are different onsen pools to enjoy and are of good sizes so one would not feel crowded. The staff at the reception and restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. さらに表示

Their service is awful. I missed some personal belongings and clothes in the room. They may mixed my clothes with the bed sheets in laundry. I was asking them to look for it but they never get back to you on their request. It was a very disappointing experience. さらに表示

I stayed at this hotel because it was located at 30mins- drive distance to Kagoahima Airport. Facilities are bit aged but i don't care. I was impressed by the private dinner with full range of Japanese traditional cruise. However, the first staff who served us at the reception was a bit unfriendly once he noticed that we could not speak Japanese. Suddenly, a very friendly staff approached us with fluent English. I don't understand why the first staff treated us unfriendly. I paid for the top price room that I expected I could receive good hospitality. Therefore, rating mark was lost. さらに表示

The kaiseki cuisine was a big disappointment, I travelled with my family in a group of 5 and stayed for 2 nights, after having the first kaiseki dinner my family members were so determined to skip the 2 nd night kaiseki dinner even those we have paid for! The onsen facilities are ok, suggests not to take the meal options as the Japanese breakfast was also not attractive. さらに表示
