最高!
清水寺まで徒歩3分、三年坂の下すぐの脇道を入って30秒という最高のロケーションで、祇園花見小路までも徒歩15分くらいで行けました。娘と二人でダブルのお部屋に泊まりましたが、バス、トイレ別、アメニティも歯ブラシ付き、シャンプーやバスタオル、ドライヤーもありビジネスホテル以上の快適さでした。それなのに二人で3700円という破格のお値段はうれしい限りです。さらに翌日チェックアウト後も荷物預かりもしていただけて助かりました。スタッフの方の対応もよく、ほんとに快適なお泊まりができました。あと、「イノダコーヒー」までも徒歩2分くらいで、朝食にも便利でした。次もまた泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

いつか夜中の誰もいない二年坂、三年坂を歩きたいと思っていたので、好立地でした。また室内も清潔で素晴らしく、タオル、バスタオル、ハンガー、ドライヤー等旅行でかさばって持って行きたくないものが常備されていて、大変便利でした。またスタッフの方もとても親切で何の不満もなく宿泊することが出来ました。ありがとうございました。また泊まりたいと思います。 さらに表示

We booked this hotel for 4 nights. We didn’t pay enough attention about the price including taxes in Japanese yens. They charged us 280 €/ 315$US. (Total 4 nights : 1127 €). We tried to cancel 7 days before but they refused because it was 8 minutes too late after midnight according to Japanese time. This is not an hotel. There is no reception there. You have to call at the house entrance to get a password to get your keys. The only thing they said at arrival on the phone is « you have to pay the tax ». This hotel is closed to Kiyomizu Dera temple. But Kiyomizu Dera temple is under refurbishment until March 2020. You are far from everything else. The closest JR station is 30 minutes walk from the hotel. We are glad that we had very good experiences in the other hotels we booked in Japan. But it really reduced our traveling budget for the rest of our trip. さらに表示

Truly Value for money spent. Location is great(but don't bring heavy luggage with you as you would have to carry it uphill), just next to Kiyomizu Temple. The building itself looks pretty new but isolation is rather poor(you can hear your neighbors coughing, sneezing and walking). さらに表示

Their accommodation is in just in the center of Kiyomizu Temple area. We had a great time there. Highly recommended. This area is so popular and always crowded with a lot of visitors. I think it is a pretty good idea that you visit Kiyomizu Temple early in the morning. Kiyomizu temple is open from 6:00. There were very few people there with fresh air and sacred atmosphere. Pros: The guesthouse is very near to kiyomizudera Temple. We visited the temple at 7am in the morning to avoid the crowd. The crowds(tourists and students) arrived at around 8am. The room is clean and more spacious than a typical Japanese hotel room. The bathroom has a clothes drying function, leave your washed clothes inside overnight and they will be dry the next morning. The computer inside the room is convenient for us ti Cons: The only downside of this guesthouse is there is no elevator. If you're taking bus, do not bring heavy luggage as you'll need to drag your luggage uphill from the nearest bus stop and up the stairs of the guesthouse. さらに表示

It is a bit of a walk from the main highway and it took us a while to find the place even with google map guiding us. It was a very comfortable and clean room. It was really near the temple, we had a chance to do some photo ops without a bunch of tourists in the background early in the morning. さらに表示

It's literally next door to Kyoumizudera. But it's far from everything else, especially if walking, because it's uphill from any other direction in Kyoto. Coming home each night was a chore. Dragging suitcase up those crowded tourist streets was very tiring too, so take a cab. But my room had a furo and a kitchen and laundry, so it's nice for a longer stay. さらに表示

The hotel is located very close to Kiyomizu Temple! It provides umbrella, bike, and kitchen utensils! Staff were friendly! Place has washer, where u can wash your clothes! Overall, great place! The apartment is located in a very traditional area of Kyoto at a mountain sleeve. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the famous Kiyomizu-dera, about 20 minutes to Gion and about 30 minutes to the national museum. You can get to the apartment very easily from Kyoto station by bus No. 206 and No. 100. The room contains a washing maschine, a computer/TV, a bath with seperated toilet and a kitchen. The kitchen supplies you can get for 500 Yen at the counter. A good supermarket called Fresco is near the bus station, as well as two konbinis. Definitely worth a second stay! さらに表示

The guesthouse is located just below the famous Kiyomizu-dera, but very hard to be reached by public transport. if you have a lot of baggages, it will be a nightmare to climb up 15 mins from the bus stop (bus 206 from Kyoto train station) to the room, and no lift to upper floors!!! But facilities in room are very new, clean and comprehensive. you can cook your own dinner in the room, and take a walk around like a local people. さらに表示
