My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Kobayashiya. The ryokan has a very nice historic charm that is warm and welcoming. The staff and hospitality were incredible and the location was great. We highly recommend this place. さらに表示

This ryokan has the best location in the Kinosakionsen town. It is easy for us to walk by the river and access all the bath houses. This ryokan is especially thoughtful in providing us with clean rain boots and umbrellas so we are perfectly protected. When we saw other guests from other hotels walking in the rain in their hotel slippers, my friends all thanked me for booking with Kobayashi so we have clean warm rain boots. But I think the best value is the wonderful kaiseki and crab dinners and traditional Japanese breakfasts served in our room by the polite and friendly servers. The ryokan is a rather old building with heritage. It is not a sparking five-star marbles hotel. But if you set your expectations correctly, then you’ll be delighted. さらに表示
