Just been staying for 3 nights / it started with a compelemtarty shuttle service and can only repeat, what most of the review already say about the staff and hotel - they are so nice, helpful and welcoming. Very accommodating, with restaurant references and useful (helpful) infos in all manner ... / hotel is located 2 Min walk to Sakka lift - very convinient. Room, amenities, and service are top notch. Clean and new feel to the property. Would stay here again. Very good price value ratio - I would stay again!!! さらに表示
I went to Hakuba with two of my bffs. We landed at NRT and decided to stop by the outlet. By the time we arrive the hotel is already 1am. We were told that we can checkin on our own. There is a clip board on the front desk, said there is a map which will show us where our room is...However, there is no map...we ended up need to check out all the rooms in the middle of the night to find our assigned room, which took us an extra 30-45min to get to our room.
The following day, we figured they forgot to place the map with the clip board...wth....
Check out time is 10am, which is a bit early compare to other resorts or hotels...and fact is the guy rang our doorbell at 9:54am to make sure we are ready to go....
Price-wise, we paid 147,000 yen for 3 nights with not much service, no water, no housekeeping.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay with pretty new facility and convenient location. But prepare you will have to handle everything on your own...

The staff were possibly the most helpful people we have ever experienced from a hotel crew. Assisted us to get around, find great food and plan the rest of our trip including finding the most efficient travel methods. I can't recommend them highly enough. The location alongside the ski resort was great and nearby restaurants were good. The self contained accomodation was great, perfect for the two of us to stay for a few days and would be fine for a longer stay. さらに表示
