宿泊費はよかったのですが、駐車場代がとても高かったです。コインパーキングではなく、建物の敷地内の駐車場料金を宿泊料より取られると思っていませんでした。すぐ近くのコインパーキングよりも高く、100円とかではないので、クレジットで支払いレシートを渡されると思ったのですが、何も言われず、こちらから聞くとレシートいるんですか？と言われてしまいました。 とても不快でした。また、全室禁煙と謳っていましたが、部屋が明らかに喫煙したあとの匂い、さらにページには毎日清掃と書かれていたのにも関わらず、実際は自分でエレベーター横からアメニティを取ってください、というものでした。なんだか総体的に騙された気分でした。 さらに表示

初めてゲストハウスを利用しましたが、アパートタイプで、洗濯機も付いてキッチンも付いて良かったです。 でも、キッチン付いてるのだから、 お皿にと、包丁とか、鍋と、フライパンは、 付けて貰いたかったです。 冷凍庫が霜だらけで、使えなかったのは かなり残念でした。 あと、駐車場が前にあるのに、使用出来ないとは、残念です。パーキングは、近くにありましたが、土日だったので、高くつきました。 さらに表示

Pros: Everything regarding the guesthouse itself was awesome. Absolutely would stay there again. Cons: The only struggle was location. 15 minute walk from the closest train station unless you wanted to pay for the bus separately. But even then, that’s me nitpicking. This place was 10/10. Loved the heated bathroom seat, duo tub/shower room - the fact it was also a dryer room, the SPACE of the entire room - perfect for a couple. Loved the kitchenette, though no utensils included, you could pay for some. I didn’t get a name - sorry - but the person out front for reception was 100% helpful to all my questions, he spoke English very well - it was honestly a blessing. A bit pricey but I guess that's the case for Japan. The apartment located in a quiet residential area but is walking distance to Kiyomizu temple. For Gion shopping, restaurants, you will need to take the bus. I am most impressed with the bathroom where it is also used as a dryer room for the laundry. さらに表示

Location was great. Very near to gojo zaka bus stop. Few minutes from Kiyomizu dera temple. Facilities were great. We purchased the utensils (one time cost 500 JPY) . The room even has washing machine, microwave, gas burner, fridge. Excellent stay. さらに表示

The location is good, only a few mins walk to Kiyomizu temple. The room was nice and clean. Staffs were very helpful and friendly but I am still a little upset with the renting utensils policy. All in all, It was a very comfortable stay. さらに表示

For the money paid, this is hands down the best value guesthouse in Kyoto. They call it a guesthouse, but you get a room for yourself. It's full of amenities, such as microwave, washing machine, kitchen, gas stove and the fan in the toilet also works as a dryer! Room is spacious, 2x if not 3x the space of regular Japanese business hotel. But price paid is pretty much the same. I would absolutely recommend this place! さらに表示

We booked the Kotoha Kiyomizu for the price and proximity to many temples and walkable tourist shopping areas, but we underestimated how comfortable the room would be as it came across as a bit spartan in photos. We took full advantage of the washing machine and bathroom dryer and had plenty of space to rearrange our luggage. This is a great base for most Kyoto activities even though it's a 10-12 minute taxi ride from Kyoto Station because there's plenty of popular tourist sites on the eastern site of the city. Kiyomizudera, Ninen-zaka Sannen-zaka, Nene no Michi Lane, and Kodai-ji are walkable from here. The only challenge was finding the bus stop (Gojozaka near Family Mart) but once we knew the bus routes we had no problems getting around. It's not a luxurious place by any means, but it's quite comfortable and provides many amenities. さらに表示

I stayed in a double room as a solo traveler and it was very nice! Very clean rooms, tidy bath with TV, fridge with freezer, and decent kitchen. It's on a quiet street under the freeway but between a 5-15 minute walk to a lot of areas. This is in temple town. Stop by Sake & Beer Bar Windmill for a drink if you have some time. さらに表示
