11月の紅葉時期に1泊しました。JR京都駅からも徒歩すぐでロケーションは抜群でした。お部屋もとても清潔で、友達のおうちに泊まってるような感じで、すごくくつろげたし、ぐっすりと眠れました。鍵もすべて番号式で、チェックインとかチェックアウトとかの手続きはなく、気軽に泊まることができて便利でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

We stayed here for two nights. It was a very easy walk from Kyoto station and we were carrying luggages and a baby stroller. Information about everything we need for our stay were all communicated beforehand. There was a sign on the window to please not open due to mosquitoes in the area. We did not open it but I still killed one mosquito. The bnb is close to the busy train tracks and we can hear the train passing but no biggie for us. Close to Kyoto station around 10 mins walk, in residence area even close to rail way but quite at night... Only two room and everything is self service....which is nice as u feel home...but bit helpless if need some advice for the day out like transport or sightseeing, strong recommended as it is really home like....btw make sure check email after booking then u will receive pw for door and room.. The residence is about 5 minutes away from Kyoto station and Aeon Mall, it is also near an authentic ramen noodle shop. We liked how the residence was able to send detailed instructions of how to get there, how to access the house and the rooms as well. The tatami mats and futons were a beautiful touch to the room. The rooms were very clean and simple. The bathroom and other amenities were just the same. On the other hand the residence can get very cold, especially in the mornings. Secondly it took us some time to understand how to operate the shower area because of the lack of instructions. Overall, Kotori House is a nice place to stay, there are interesting places nearby (the local park with Sakura trees), and is easily accessible to a lot of the sights in Kyoto. さらに表示

Really thoughtful visual instructions of how to get there were great; very easy. Likewise the keypad locked front door and room door made it easy as the instructions accurate... nice to be keyless. Having use of the dining area meant we could take some heated Bento from the nearby 7/11 or Lawson and eat at home after a full day temple hopping. There's also a proper electronic toilet that we are getting so fond of! Busses are easy (the opposite side of the station to Hachijo exit) and in English as is the tube network. A day pass pays you if you take more than 2 journeys. We really enjoyed staying in an actual House to add to our list of hotel and ryokan. Room was clean and, even though a thoughtless guest staying in the other room had left a watery mess with hair on the floor, the daily maid cleans and leaves a fresh bathroom towel. V powerful shower! We stayed in the larger room which had cupboard space in the room. The smaller, 201, doesn't. さらに表示

Bedroom is upstairs and the stairs is not really good for us to pick up the bagage to bedroom upstairs. When the toilet and bathroom is in downstairs is not inconvenient for us. Kotori have a kitchen with cooker, but it's weird that we can not use that facility. They also didn't provide mineral water to drink, only an information that tap water is drinkable. One towel per person is for a whole time we stay (ex. 4days, we have to use the same towel for 4days) No staff available there. But I think they come on second day to pick the rubbish. The positive things is the location is near to kyoto station and convenient store. And also the place have a good design and cleanliness.. Maybe people with small bagage or light traveler is suit this well さらに表示

Hardly any furniture, aching my back spending a few nights there. Very disturbing sharing the apartment with somebody else. Toilet is in the first floor, and if you are not a deep sleeper, you are able to count how many people go to the toilet every night. Looks to me more like a tiny hostel. No washing machine, yet no place for your laundries. Unless you are a very light traveller, this accommodation is not for you. さらに表示

Booked this house because the information available on the website suggested it was a one-bedroom house. However, arrived to find that it was a two-bedroom house with shared facilities. The room for two people was very small. The shared facilities were cleaned daily but the guest rooms were only given a quick bin change every day. No cooking facilities available for guest use - only fridge/freezer and microwave. Futon bed did not fit in the tatami. No staff available but owner was available by email. さらに表示

Beware if you are staying more than 1 days because they never change the bath towel and they never cleaning your room. The Kotori House is suitable for backpacker or light traveller because the room is so small that you have trouble opening your suitcase. さらに表示

因為當時抵達京都已經是晚上了所以位置有一點點難找，在住宅區裡面。不過整潔度什麼都是不錯的可是那時候在熱水器上面糾結大半小時（哭） 住宅區外頭有便利店 在這裡強推咖喱起司包 超級無敵好吃！！ 距離地鐵站大概要走十五分鐘左右 さらに表示

住了兩天，每天都有人來清潔，距離京都車站出入口7分鐘路程。入住前會寄大門及房間密碼到email。不過第一天房東忘記改密碼，馬上email房東問，不過還好有另外一組房客在，不用半小時房東已來到幫我們改回新的密碼。 但房間之間隔音不太好，可是整棟屋子隔音很好，在鐵路旁也聽不到鐵路聲。1、2分鐘路程有Lawson，很方便。很滿意這次住宿。 さらに表示
