While we were having accident on the mountain top, without contacts to us, they went in our room, because it is the check out time (suppose to be 10:00, paid extra 15000yen so it’s 12:00), and did an awful pack-up to all of our luggages...... NO PRIVACY at all...... if you don’t want your personal belongings to be shuffled into your luggages WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, don’t book here. AND as a EXTRA “SURPRISE” they throw away the things “THEY THINK” it’s rubbish, so I finally found that my daily medication pills was thrown as rubbish while they was packing my stuff. さらに表示

Have a really lovely time with 4 adults and 3 kids. Apartment is big and design was lovely. Fully equipped kitchenette, washer and dryer. Friendly receptionist and a driver who can take you where you wanna go if you inform in advance. It's really pricey though but guess that's what you expect during peak season at hirafu. さらに表示
