ちょっとトラブルありました。ただミスは宿にも客にもあるもので、それ自体に余り問題はないと思います。本当に重要なのはフォローじゃないかと思う。この宿に最高点を付けたのは、この点が最高級ホテルに優るとも劣らないから。ここのスタッフの一生懸命さ、非を認め何とかしようとする潔く誠実なマネージャー。結果、少し手間が掛かりましたがj さらに表示

ゲストハウスとして見るなら、コスパもよく、設備もしっかりしており、清潔で立地も良く、かなり良いとは思います。 ただし、宿泊した日が悪かったのか（週末の土曜）、大学生のサークル仲間？か何かの団体が泊まっており、明け方の4時まで1Fの共有スペースでの雑談が続き、それが2Fの部屋まで丸聞こえで、寝れませんでした（次の大事な試験があり、起きれないと困る為、耳栓出来ず）。共有スペースだけでなく、客室前の通路でも同じ様な時間まで話し声が聞こえ、寝不足のまま起床。特に注意書きなどもされておらず、宿自体がマナーなどにはあまり頓着されていないのかなぁという印象でした。他が全て良かっただけに、大変残念です。 さらに表示

I only stayed in Hiroshima for one night so I needed something cheap and close to Hiroshima station. I booked 1 hour before I arrived and it was a great choice! K’s hostel is less than 10 minutes walk from the station (take the South Exit and underpass or you’ll be lost in a maze trying to cross the road at street level!). It’s also 1 minute from the tram that goes straight to the centre and the A-dome. Pay with your Suica card or cash on the tram at the time you get off. The hostel is clean, colourful, quiet after 11pm, and the rooms with bunk beds have space under the bed, locker is available free of charge but I didn’t want it anyway. Overall it was super comfortable and staff are friendly and full of helpful tips . I asked about Miyajima and they have very useful directions ready. Free coffee/tea in the kitchen and the common area was a friendly place with people socialising and playing one of the many games available. Would stay again! さらに表示

Room and bathroom is very clean. There is an elevator. The lobby is cosy, with lots of information for travelling around the area. There is a shared kitchen and also an area for guests to sit around and mingle with other guests. Overall pleasant except for the fact it’s about 15mins walk from the nearest JR station. I stayed in a private double with ensuite bathroom. It was similar in price and size to a budget hotel, but less in amenities in the room, eg. Kettle, TV etc. Due to this, I thought it was a little overpriced. It was otherwise a good stay. Climate control in the room and the bathroom was typically Japanese in size. Shampoo and soap provided. The rest of the common spaces were great and the kitchen was complete as you would expect from a hostel. Tea was complimentary and for conversations, this was flowing. The staff were friendly. There’s an elevator and coin operated washer and dryer. Overall a good stay. さらに表示

I couldn't fault anything. I made a last-minute change to the name on my booking, but the staff accommodated it without any problems. I'd recommend this to anyone who is justlooking for cheap and value accommodation, not planning to spend a lot of time relaxing in a hotel. (after all that's what travelling is about.) さらに表示

Staff spoke excellent English and recommended various things to do in Hiroshima. You have 2 options from the railway station, you can either take a 10 minute stroll or get on the streetcar (any line) for 2 stops for 160 yen or a 1 day pass for 600 yen. The hotel is located in a lane at the corner of a 7 Eleven. This place operates like a Japanese style hotel so you have to leave your shoes before the front desk. You change into a pair of their slippers to access the other parts of the hotel. The Japanese style room doesn;t come with a private bathroom, but the walk to the shared bathroom is not more than 10 steps away. The showers come with a wet and dry area which is a great plus point. Soap provided, towels for loan costs 100 yen each. Umbrellas are available for loan for free. さらに表示

I requested for a female dorm (I wasn't sure if my booking was for mixed or female only dorm) and lower bunk (I injured my back previously) to the hostel. I was pleasantly surprised that they seriously considered both my requests. I was given the single traditional Japanese room in the end, as nil lower bunk bed was available in the female only nor mixed dorm (it turned out that my booking was for mixed dorm). I wasn't even required to top up for the difference. I was really thankful because it made a big difference to my back, should I be required to climb to the upper bunk. I was very happy to receive such attentive attention from all the staff concerned. They exuded warmth, despite the rainy days, while I was there. They made me feel as if I was a distant family member that they took under their wings. It was definitely a great feeling, and it was with regrets when I checked out after my two nights stay there. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay in this hostel in Hiroshima. さらに表示

It's near a tram station. Location as accurate as the map says. You can walk underground while enjoying window shopping and aircon, come up walk towards the bridge where u see tram, follow tge map. Staffs are friendly. Internet is fast. Room is new and clean. Nice! さらに表示
