最上階の大浴場から、厳島神社の鳥居がのぞめます。朝ごはんの素材や、アメニティにもこだわりを感じるお宿でした。スタッフも若い方が多いですが、笑顔が素敵で気配りもできる優秀な方が揃っていらっしゃると感じました。 さらに表示

2階の参道に面したお部屋でした。お店が開いている時間は結構賑やかですが、比較的閉まる時間が早いので、その後は静かでした。 お部屋の広さは十分でしたが、洗面所が一人分の広さで、女性二人で宿泊の場合、身支度の時間をずらす必要がありました。窓際のスペースに小さくても鏡台や、せめて鏡だけでもあると、便利でした。 露天風呂は気持ちが良かったです。アメニティもアヴェンヌやジョンマスターズオーガニックスで良かったです。洗髪後で使えるヘアケア製品が有れば、完璧でした。 スタッフの方も皆さん感じが良く、全体的に良い印象でした。 さらに表示

Impeccable services. We went for the kaiseki dinner which was one-of-a-kind experience for us. The Japanese breakfast was equally amazing as well. Don’t forget to take a dip in their public bath for true relaxation. It was a godsend after a hike up Mt Misen. さらに表示

Very decent, clean and spacious ryokan with great restaurant. I can highly recommend dinner there (which you need to confirm at least 3 days in advance). Breakfast was absolutely beautiful, moreover as we were sat with a view on the Torii gate. The room was very spacious, not only to Japanese standards but even to European standards. The beds and futons (we tried both) were very comfortable. They have a hot pool on the top floor which also has a view on the Torii gate. Amazing place to relax. Location is great, a 5 minute walk from the harbour and in the bustling shopping / restaurant street (which is not a bother when inside the ryokan). It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Torii gate. Don't forget to go outside again after sunset when most people have left and the Torii is illuminated - such a serene atmosphere, simply beautiful. さらに表示

The location of the hotel is very accessible. It is at the heart of the shopping/food lane and not very far from the Miyajima pier (about 10 mins walk). We were greeted by very friendly faces once we were inside and the hospitality was very warm and inviting. The room was spacious (for three of us) and it was very clean. The hotel staff will set the futons for us while we were having dinner (or you can tell them exactly when) and re-pack the futons for us during breakfast. Food was amazingly good. Given our Pescetarian diet, we had limited choices but the food was still delicious and esthetically served. Please order the Japanese menu even if you are itching for the western meal. The Kaiseki dinner is amazingly good. Given that where I came from, such meals with similar standards would cost much more than what we paid. The hotel also has a public bath which opens at certain timings. The outdoor bath faces the sea and watching the night sky while soaking in the bath is truly a wonderful experience. If I were to come back to Miyajima, this is the place I'll stay again. It definitely deserves the 9.4 ratings on Agoda. さらに表示

One of our favourite hotel along the trip with a beautiful design combined Japanese and contemporary style and also served very delicious dinner and breakfast. The hotel located right in the middle of Miyajima's shopping district, a short walk to the pier and the island's main attractions. さらに表示

This place is truly wonderful. The island is gorgeous and there's a temple, markets, and quant streets to explore. Take the tram ride to the top, it's breathtaking, but be prepared for a strenuous hike. The Ryokan is pure luxury. Staff are so very attentive. The transitional meal is well worth the experience even if you are like me and don't necessarily care for raw fish - I had mine all cooked. Thank you Kurayado Iroha Ryokan. さらに表示

Our group of 5 shared two rooms, and had the best stay! We had been staying in budget accommodation for our whole trip, but splurged at this hotel and it was well worth it! Our Japanese style rooms were gorgeous, and loved the bathrooms. They gave us kimono's and sandals. We wore the sandals to dinner and breakfast which were fun! We decided to do the Kaiseki course dinner, which was a fantastic experience with lots of fish, fancily prepared! Hands down the best part was the open air onsen on the roof. Recommend heading up there at night - beautiful view and cool breeze! さらに表示

There are 3 rooms,which are the seaview, on 3rd and 4th floor respectively. We booked seaview and we were given a room which cannot see the famous miyajima torii. the remaining 5 seaview room can enjoy the torii from the room. This room "nu" should not be part of the sea view room and the hotel need to honestly remove the room pictures with torii view which mislead pple and differentiate this "nu" room in the agoda engine.. there is a wall which blocked the view. I am not sure if we were treated fairly in term of room and food services, due to different booking engine or skin color. all the white stayed on the 4th floor with good view. there was empty room next to us. Hence, I do not recommended to Asian friend if the hotel services priority is base on races (skin color). I stayed in other ryokan in Japan which I felt more welcome and homely. this ryokan I felt cold maybe too classy and newly open. dinner is like fine dinning. The house keepers and waitress are doing good job. If they advise u that your seaview room is not a miyajima torii view, you decide if this is your priority cos there is another ryokan nearby with all the sea view rooms which can enjoy the torii view from the room. さらに表示

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff are very informative and attentive to all our needs. There were small beautiful touches in celebration to our recent marriage as well great small conversations with staff which really added to our experience. The onset is the best we have experienced besides the lack of Spring water. The terrace overlooking the tori was very relaxing. The Kaiser dinner was delicious and has a beautiful marriage of the seasons. The breakfast was just as great. The room was the largest we've seen! You need to stay here! さらに表示

even know we let the hotel know that my girlfriend is vegeterian and even though we got three e mails from the hotel confirming what she ate when we got served they brought her fish and when we told them she is vegeterian they said "oh yes" and brought back the plate exactly the same, they just took out the fish piece. not what we expected. frankly for the price we paid we thought we would stay in a more spoiling hotel but we regret now not taking a hotel cheaper inland. さらに表示

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was great, fairly large by Japanese standards. We have a view of the Tori right out our window. Nice Onsen, again a view of the Tori from the baths. The most amazing part was the evening meal. Multiple courses, all exquisitely presented and delicious. It was the best meal we had during our travels.
