すごく良い
竹山流なる整体が、ホテルの中にありますが、この店の人間（恐らく竹山という人）の客に対する口の利き方や対応が非常に不快でした。 ホテル望雲のスタッフが一生懸命頑張っても、こういう人間が居るだけで、ホテルのイメージや印象が悪くなるので、ホテル旅館経営は本当に大変な仕事だと思います。 さらに表示

モダンな雲松庵と昔ながらの本館があり、玄関やフロント、食事処などは本館にあります。古いながらも清潔感を感じます。 また、フロントスタッフのゲストへの目配りは素晴らしく、外出したあと財布を取りに戻ったら顔を覚えていてくださったり、こちらが用件を言う前に「何かごさいましたか？」と声をかけてくださったりと感動しました。 大浴場は広く、クラシックな雰囲気で同行者もとても気に入っていました。 館内の補修がテープやクロスを貼っただけの安っぽい感じのところがあったのと、1人だけ感じの悪い男性スタッフがいたこと以外は満足です。あと湯畑から徒歩で向かう際は急坂なので、年配の同行者が行き来するのは困難でした。コストパフォーマンスのよいバランスの取れた宿だと思います。 さらに表示

The hotel itself is great. Has 3 onsens (public baths) open almost 24 hours, with outdoor water basins and a lot of cosmetic products available. The traditional dinner was really impressive. The staff at reception was not speaking English too well. They should have been speaking the best English, but that was not the case. Also worth visiting is the great outdoor bath (onsen), separate from the hotel. Overall, Kusatsu is worth visiting. さらに表示

it is an amazing trip staying in Boun. We were too late to catch the bus going to Boun as we didn't aware winter time schedule has changed. Thus, we arrive at the hotel super late around at 9pm. But the hostel kindly reserved us the dinner and even picked us up while we were finding this hotel in dark on the street. Staffs are so nice to us and we can't say thank you enough !!!! An traditional and authentic Japanese onsen we loved our stay here and the staff was excellent. They even called us to warn us about the road closure and provided us with alternative route as we had informed them of late check in since we were driving from the snow monkey park. Ms. Horu informed they won't be able to provided dinner due to late arrival which we understood and accepted even though it was apart of our booking. We stayed in touch with them as they had called us a few times to ensure our safety and we were so grateful for it. We arrived around 8.30pm and they still managed to prepare our dinner which we were thankful as most places were closed due to the heavy snow. While we had our dinner in a private room our bags were sent up and they even gave us an upgrade for our room. The staff were very professional, thoughtful and attentive. An excellent onsen hotel. Not far from the Kusatsu bus terminal, at the same time just a few minutes walk to the Kusatsu hot spring. The hotel seems to have been renovated and it's very new and clean. Onsen and food are great! Even though it's just a few minutes walk to the bus terminal, the hotel still offers a ride to the bus terminal. Cannot find a thing I don't like. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Hotel Kusatsu Onsen Boun is in good location, not too crowded. Walking from bus station along the shopping street to Yubatake and then uphill a bit to hotel. Big luggage is not recommended. Hotel services included hotel car are great. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Food is nice. Unfortunately, they not have non-smoking room. It was perfect place for you to enjoy Kusatsu's onsen. The onsen and shiseido bath products were sublime. We dipped in the indoor pool and outdoor pool in the middle of snow. It was sublime. I spent only one night and I took 3 baths altogether! The kaiseiki dinner was also superb and decadent. The room was new and clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable kusatsu experience. さらに表示

The hotel was easy to reach from Tokyo station by Shinkansen bullet train, then change to bus at Karuizawa for a scenic drive into the mountains. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming on arrival. English was limited but acceptable...extremely attentive and friendly staff. My spacious room had a beautiful view of the surrounding town, mountains, and a small waterfall. I was surprised and impressed by the quality of the in-room served dinner and breakfast. This was not ordinary Japanese food...every meal was fine cuisine, beautifully presented by a friendly hostess wearing a kimono. Food of this quality would be found in an expensive restaurant...likely around $100 USD per person. Certainly the finest dining experience I have had in any hotel anywhere. Kusatsu is one of Japan's top 3 "onsen" hot spring towns, and it didn't disappoint. Much to my surprise, the "sakura" cherry blossom season in the mountains was at it's peak during Golden Week in early May, long after the season ended in Tokyo. Cherry blossoms were everywhere, enhancing the beauty of the hotel and the town. There's much to see in Kusatsu, including the public hot spring bath in a nearby park. Highly recommended! The spas in the hotel were excellent and refreshing. I'm glad I included Kusatsu in my Japan holiday, and give Kusatsu Onsen Boun my highest recommendation! It's not the cheapest "ryokan" hotel in Kusatsu, but worth it. I will stay there again. さらに表示

It was our second time to visit Kusatsu onsen and first time in this ryokan. And we really loved our stay at this ryokan. People were so kind and helpful. They provided us with private room for dinner and very nice Japanese style breakfast. The public bathrooms are spacious, quiet, and lovely. That's so perfect that everything exceeds my expectation. The environment is fantastic, hot spring and facilities are so good, room is cozy and I was so lucky to have a garden view one. Very traditional ryokan and a 8 mins walk to yubatake The service was impeccable though the staff did not speak English very much. Lovely room with nice onsen and the food was awesome. Dinner - kaiseki meal with premium beef for our sukiyaki and we had a private dining room. breakfast was also good. Definitely recommended if you want a traditional ryokan feel.
