広い敷地内は木々に囲まれ、温泉だけでなく森林浴も出来ながら、きちんとしたリゾートホテルです。スタッフも笑顔を絶やさず親切でグローバル。食事も美味しい。 建物は若干古くなってしまったけれど、バブル期の雰囲気は残っています。 些細な事ですが、浴衣はここのが一番ゆったりしていて、しっかりした生地で私は着やすいです。 さらに表示

2人で利用しました。おススメです！ 敷地内にテルメテルメという温泉複合施設や、アスレチックなどもあり一日中楽しめました。また、私は時間の都合でやりませんでしたが、スノードームやオルゴール、お皿、置物などの手作り体験などもありました。 温泉街までの無料シャトルバスもあり、湯畑などへのアクセスも不便なく自分好みの予定を立てられました！ さらに表示

The hotel staff is very helpful and handy, tried to explain a lot of information to us. We can borrow boots to walk on the snow with free of charge. The hotel shuttle bus is very on time with the informative driver. The breakfast is O.K. We love the on-sen. We used it st the late night time with nobody only I and my sister. The location is a bit far but with shuttle bus service provided to the bus terminal and the main onsen site, its very convenient. The hot spring inside the hotel was amazing, the buffet at the big diner was AMAZING. The variety of food gave us the opportunity to try everything in small portions, the long-legged crabs, sakura shrimps, kobe beef and omg the in-season strawberries! Horribly dated hotel. Tower room is just nasty. Dirty and strained carpets, marked walls, broken door frames, paper thin walls, furniture falling apart. On the good side there are lots of things to do as it is a huge property but the rooms and hallways are so disgusting we wouldn't return. Men's onsen was ok. Wester buffet and breakfast was ok. Dinner is not worth $40. Very limited english at this hotel. Most signs are in Japanese and mandarine but maybe 1 out of 10 signs has english on it. They bothered to add papers and stickers with mandarin translations but not english. さらに表示

Booked log cabin, it is a really nice building, but 40 years old and hasn't been dusted since opening!!! Eyes watery, all family sneezing and worst of all they allow smoking!!! I said in notes NO smoking room, and if I smell smoke I will complain, when we arrived first thing we found on table was ashtray!!! They never cared about our request. Wall paper cracking. Pool closed because map sent to me by email was wrong, also another Hotel Village in the middle of a forest, about 45 minutes away, we went there first and it was dangerous, narrow side mountain road, slippery, and no hotel there at all. For the price not worth staying. Highly recommend going to hotel that cares and listens to customer requests. Petty, because if rooms clean we would return. さらに表示
