非常に満足
プリンスホテルということで、景色を期待して部屋に入ったら低層階で湖は木に隠れてよく見えなかったので、フロントに相談すると喫煙可の部屋でしたが眺めのよい部屋に変えてくれました。たばこの臭いは感じられませんでした。 もしホテルが廃業になり廃墟が残ったらはと心配になるくらいのいい立地です。移ろう風景は名画のようです。もしこれから建てるとなると反対運動が起きるでしょう。そんな場所です。 宿泊者は朝食の割引を受けられるとのことで、素晴らしい朝食が楽しめました。ただチラシを持参しなかったため、割引は受けられませんでした。ルームキーで宿泊者ということが分かると勝手に思い込んでいたためです。チェックアウト数日後に気が付きました。確認不足ですが、朝食の受付係の方がひとこと訊いてくれれば部屋に取りに戻ったのに残念。 さらに表示

屈斜路湖の湖畔にあり、部屋はほぼレイクビューのようです。日が昇る少し前から空がピンクに染まり始め、低い雲が流れていく様は大自然が織りなすドラマです。 すぐに湖畔に出ることもでき、水の音と鳥の鳴き声しかしない静謐な環境に身を置くと、なんともリラックスできます。チェックアウトが正午までと遅いのもありがたく、1泊でも滞在を楽しむことができます。温泉大浴場も広々と作られており、特に露天の作りが良いと思いました。 さらに表示

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere with the closest village maybe 15 kms away BUT the road of getting to the hotel is magnificent. The hotel is really nice with the scenery breath taking. If you out this way, i would recommend staying here. さらに表示

Was upgraded to a corner suite room. Very spacious with jacuzzi tub n separate shower stall. Was there in late spring n all rooms are lake facing. Very peaceful n surreal place even though there were a number of tour groups. If u want ala crate food, they offer separate seating in another restaurant as the main restaurant caters more for tour groups n buffets. Good to visit during Low season to take in the sights, Cycling n driving around to Sora which is abt 20 mins away. さらに表示

It’s a typical hotel by their lakes with onsen. Not bad, Quiet, caters to big crowds and bus loads of guests. They even have a large game room in the basement, table-tennis, game-machines, etc. large shop that sells lots of food and snacks. Lobby was very big; guests quite friendly and helpful. Room was quite pleasant, quite large by general standards, longish a little; huge window overlooking the lake. Overall room was comfortable. The odd thing was when I checked out, they gave me a bill of 600Y for Bath Tax!!! Which I had not encountered in other onsen hotels. And we did not use the onsen at all. They should have told me this at check-in!! Not did my booking with Agoda indicate any extra Bath Tax!! Agoda, can you look into this ? さらに表示

I booked non smoking room and the staff gave me a smoking room. Told me no more non smoking room.. Till I complained then gave me a room with four single bed. The hotel restaurant was packed with students and when I asked the staff to recommend nearby any eating place. Not helpful at all. さらに表示

Need to drive if one chooses to stay here. Petrol kiosk nearby hotel close at 6pm. Cafes & eateries near sunayu were close when we were there about 5pm. Only option is to eat in the hotel. Onsen is big, our view of the Lake from our room is blocked by the trees. The extra bed is not comfortable. さらに表示

Pros-hotel room is big and clean, Onsen on site and hotel right next to the lake Cons-nothing around the hotel. Other than he lake, no restaurant or shop. The only restaurant is inside the hotel, buffet style and not much food selection, not worth for the money $4,200 JPY for person. さらに表示
