非常に満足
併設の居酒屋が遅くまで開いていたので利用させていただきました。駐車場の出し入れ自由は非常にありがたかったです。京都の定宿にします。 さらに表示

暑いです、１１月なのに暑くって眠れない、冷房は効かないし、窓を開けて寝るしかないです。 シャワー用キャップがないです、とても困りました。カミソリはいらないのに。 さらに表示

すごく良い
京都９条であるにもかかわらず、バスの車庫に近く、学校が目の前で閑静なところ。京都市内が予約でいっぱいでもどうにかとれました。周辺にコンビニが見つからなかった点は弱点。１１月がどうかはわかりませんが、春・秋にとんでもなく混雑する京都ですから、清潔感のあるビジネスホテルは助かります。 さらに表示

友と再会及び会食でホテルでは寝るのみの状態であった 朝食はうまかった、話は前後するが京都駅からホテルまでの 往路は徒歩で向かった以後はホテルのシャトルバスで京都駅へ 始めから知っておればよかった。 予約の際にしっかり確認をしておけばよかったかと思う次第 さらに表示

大きな駅から歩くには少し距離がありますが、バスターミナル・地下鉄駅からは近く、飲食店やコンビニにも困りません。大通りから一本中に入るので、静かです。スタッフも対応よく、部屋もとても清潔感がありました。 さらに表示

Reasonable stay at this price. Location is convenience, just 10-min walking distance from Kyoto eki, shuttle bus is also available. But wifi service is only available at lobby. さらに表示

The room was nice (though not cheap) and the hotel was well-located. But the staff were by far the rudest staff I have experienced in Japan, a country where customer service is usually excellent. Their attitude towards foreign guests is snide and mocking. I speak Japanese since I live in Japan, and I was still treated by the staff as though I had no right to be there. The woman on reception when I checked in blanked me - another Japanese guest had to speak on my behalf as she refused to acknowledge my requests - and the two guys on reception made a snide comment about me when I went to check out in the morning, presuming I couldn't understand, I suppose. I would advise all non-Japanese guests not to visit this hotel. さらに表示

stayed there for two days over the weekend. I must say I was rather disappointed with the room. while it is rather big and spacious, it gave me this feeling that the room is dusty and poorly maintained. customer service was good. The staff were all very patient with our requests and provided really warm service. さらに表示
