四条駅、祇園からとても近く、コンビニも近くにあり、徒歩3分ほどのところにある建仁寺はとても見応えのあるお寺でした。 部屋は狭いですが、ベッドがキングサイズだったので、娘と二人広々と寝ることができました。 地下にある大浴場も広くて清潔でした。 全体的にとても良いホテルでしたが、フロントの外国人スタッフ（女性）の方の言葉使い、対応が残念でした。 さらに表示

大浴場に行ったら、欧米人の方が水着着用で入っていました。 わたしは、仕方ないなぁ。と思ってその場を過ぎましたが、人によってはビックリしたり、嫌悪感を抱く人もおられるかも知れませんので、入りに大きく張紙をするなどの改善はしたほうが良いかとおもいます。 さらに表示

ツインルームに女二人で宿泊しました。ベッドは小さめでしたが中央に小さなソファがあり使いやすいレイアウトでした。バスルームに髪の毛ではない感じの毛が落ちていたのは少しげんなりしました。地下のお風呂に行くのにフロントやバーの前を通るのは、勇気がいりました。 さらに表示

The hotel is in the middle of Gion, fantastic location. There is a beautiful and clean onsen available for guests downstairs separated by gender. My family had two standard king rooms and they’re but comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the room so the room size didn’t bother us. さらに表示

It's a very nice and newly hotel . Near to most of tourist attractions. It's come with small public bath, good for relaxation after a long day. It's quite far away from train station but at least not so noisy. さらに表示

After many years of traveling and living in Japan, I have to say that this hotel does not live up to the standards of hospitality that we enjoy at every level of service in Japan. The woman staffing the front desk reception who checked us in was curt and condescending when dealing with our group of six. I had trouble connecting the Apple TV in my room and the young woman who came up shrugged and said we couldn't use it. This was untrue; I later figured it out myself. I believe she hadn't been trained properly. When I spoke to the manager about this and other issues, he was unapologetic and had no explanation. In, addition, the room had nowhere to unpack except to leave our suitcases open on the windowsill. There were no English language channels. So, in spite of its great location, with all these problems, I would not recommend this hotel. さらに表示

Excellent location - Near the mail railway lines, walking distances (In Japan, 10-15min walk is acceptable) to many of the places of interest for cherry blossom viewing! This hotel is located in the Gion area, so the food options were really awesome! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I was recommended to a few hidden treasures and places of interests that were not that touristy or crowded in this season, really grateful! Rooms were clean, I had enough space for Mum and myself, public bath / onsen was very modern and had a scandi feel, very different from the traditional ones that I was used to. Usage of onsen wasn't very high, so most of the time I had the place to Mum and myself! さらに表示
