チェックイン前・後に荷物を預けさせていただきましたが、快く対応してくださいました。大変助かりました。 どのスタッフさんもとても雰囲気や対応が良く、ホテルも清潔感がありとても綺麗で大満足です。 駅近でアクセスも良いので京都へ行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 施設の綺麗さも良いですが、とにかく、スタッフさんの雰囲気と対応が気持ちよかったです！ 大変お世話になりました。 また利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

ロケーションもよく、スタッフの方の対応も気持ちよく、どの方も笑顔が印象的でした。 入浴剤やホットドリンクのプレゼントもこの時期とても有り難かったです。 お部屋は明るく(よくあるホテルの照明でなく、蛍光灯のしっかりとした灯です)デスクワークやお化粧にも困らない程。これは他のホテルにはあまりないのでは？またシューポリッシュや物干しがあるのもとても助かりました。 朝食はもう少しバリエーションがあれば尚良いかなと思いました。 無駄がなく、ちょっとした心遣いが随所に感じられる、コフトパフォーマンスの高いホテル。また利用させて頂きます。 さらに表示

朝食は800円のコストに見合っていたかというと、ちょっとさみしいかもしれませんが、ロケーションや設備（特に入浴設備、ローションなどもあり、女性にはいいかも）などは大変良く、その割に宿泊料金はリーズナブルでした。三条駅から近いけど、思っていたよりは遠かったので、少し歩くと思っていた方がいいでしょう。あと、部屋の照明が電球色と白色が混在していたのが気持ち悪く、ベッド上部の白色照明が調光できるようになってなかったので、ちょっと不便でした。 さらに表示

After a fantastic bullet train journey from Tokyo ( Japan rail pass is an essential requirement in my opinion to explore this fascinating country ) Arrived in this wonderful low level city. Hotel is literally 20 meters from a subway exit and just 10 enjoyable minutes walk to town Small room but you need to get used to that in Japan. All good highly recommended さらに表示

this hotel is excellent, they provide us with foot massage machine in each room. they also give you free of bathup aroma therapic soap with different flavour. the location is near ginza just walk about 5-10 minutes, near hotel there are also another shopping centre that you can shop the japanese thing. the breakfast is not very much menu just standard.the room size is quite big compared with other hotel in japan. Lovely stay from moment we arrived, staff very professional, helpful and courteous. Rooms were quiet even though we were street-side, comfortable sleep although AC units pretty strong for such small room. good shower. The location is perfect and i would return to, and recommend this hotel. さらに表示

We loved it. Staff answered all of our million questions. The hotel is simple but extremely clean, and the room is filled with amenities you would never expect at a hotel for this price, like high-end Japanese soaps and a foot massage machine. We loved the Kyoto Hana. It's small and doesn't have full features (only Japanese TV; only breakfast; no gym or pool alas), but within its type and limitations it's excellent. Very near the subway and many buses; an easy walk from restaurants and the Gion district; very comfortable rooms with unexpected touches (Pola bathroom amenities; foot massage machine in the room; humidifier; etc.); super-clean; very helpful staff. It was a pleasant stay. As in most Japanese Hotel, good English speakers are rare among staff so we have to muddle our way through. But they are very eager to help so no issue as long as you are patient. Just keep the language basic and simple. On our last night, the fire alarm was ringing in the middle of the night without any reason. Maybe one of the guest was smoking, i don't know because i cannot understand the Japanese explanation from the staff. I guess this was where language limitation can become frustating. But overall, a good hotel. An affordable one. Wasn't dissapointed with the stay. But probably would stay in another hotel in Kyoto just to try another area. さらに表示

Fabulous hotel in Kyoto, would stay again! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful , and spoke great English. The young woman on the front desk gave us advice, helped us send our luggage to our next hotel, and even arranged restaurant reservations for us while we were out sightseeing. She was exceptionally patient and kind. The room was large compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed in. There was a sitting area with a couch , which suited our group of three very well. Luggage racks, a closet, and a desk in the room were also appreciated. Good location near Sanjo station (metro, Keihan Line), and bus lines to get to all the big shrines. さらに表示

The location is great, near the nightlife of Gion but the room is surprisingly quiet for a good night sleep. Room has an efficient layout even though it’s not huge. Overall, I’d recommend people to stay here. さらに表示

The hotel is a short walk from the local station, Sanjo, following an easy transfer from the central train station. Walking back towards Sanjo station (i.e. towards the river) takes you into the main shopping and dining precinct - only a few hundred metres. Heading off in any other direction will bring you towards the many shrines and temples that make up the area, so it's a really well located hotel. The room is a decent size and well set out.
