Location is not bad, only a few mjnutes walk from south gate of Kyoto Station, and close to a mall and a supermarket. The biggest drawback is that the house sits right beside the train track, with train running all night, which made hard to sleep. There is a very steep stairs going up to the bedroom, with no toilet upstairs, very inconvenient at night. If you have young kids or older people travelling together it's just impossible to get to the bedroom. When we turn up the gas was turned off, hence NO hot water and the stove wouldn't work. The staff was uncontactable after hours, it took us alot of time trying to find the main switch on the outside of house and reset it, so we can at least get a hot shower after a long journey. さらに表示
