すごく良い
Totami Matt's, paper doors, futons and traditional architecture. That's why I came here. I got what I wanted. It provided that environment. Staff, she was awkward but nice. The place was cheap but old and creaky. It added to the charm. Going and returning was a long winded process. Some coubards were partly broken. There isent much of a garden, but it was to be expected. I cant stress enough how authentic it was though. I enjoyed my time here. さらに表示

A really great Ryokan in a great location! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and nice - we had a great view of the canal! The sento upstairs was nice and private and a great way to relax. It did get a bit noisy during the night, but it's the price to pay with such a central location. If you are a light sleeper I suggest earplugs. Otherwise, no other negatives to note! さらに表示

This is a lovely old house in a nice part of Kyoto. Easy access to most sights. It is an old home so don’t expect all modern conveniences in the room but well worth it for the atmosphere. Lovely staff. さらに表示

the hotel is very basic. Thin and hard futons you need to put out and in by yourself. The backside of the Hotel looks and feels more like a shack. If you whish to have a glimpse into the past, this old machiya is perfect for you. さらに表示

My partner and I decided to visit Kyoto last minute and had no problem getting to Sanjojuku! It was in a perfect location for a nice walk to the Imperial Palace and then around all the sites. Easy from the train line too, on a quiet street full of character. We loved the room + everything about it. Thank you! さらに表示

if you are looking for a value for money guesthouse, i think this is it! i was lucky to have the 1st floor last room, so i sort of have the 'backyard' by myself! Once you arrive, you will need to change into the wooden slippers, and staff is thoughtful to go through with you some of small details. i need to mention their shampoo makes your hair real silky! So, do give it a try! the only con part is do expect some noises as the guesthouse is not soundproof at all. さらに表示

Good experience of Japanese traditional house staying. The house still keeps its Japanese ancient look, and the room is decorated. The location is good ( near to train station) and easy to find the place. The place is near to Nijo Castle, only 5 mins walk away. The con is there are only 2 toilets and 1 bathroom for all and at ground floor. You may need to go up and down quite a few times if your room is 2nd floor. If you wanna have an experience of Japanese traditional house staying, this is one of the choices. The house still keeps its old time look, the room is decorated. The location is good ( near to train and bus station) and near to historical places (Nijo - jo, Kyoto imperial palace, etc) Since it is a house, so there is only 2 toilets and 1 bathroom for all. Stayed one night whilst in Kyoto recently - not often stayed at guest houses so will give the benefit of the doubt - staff friendly enough and could get by without speaking Japanese - rooms are fairly standard but futon's are comfortable - no issue for me, but doesn't have a western toilet - overall, comfortable stay, friendly staff and a decent location - good for those that are not expecting all the comforts, you get what you pay for.... さらに表示

The homestay is in a nice old house located in a residence region walk distance away from the Nijo Jo Castle. It's quiet at night and even day time, so good to sleep. It's all wooden built and traditionally decorated, simple and warm and feels good. It's almost self-serviced, good for those who enjoys simplest old style but not for those needs comfortable facilities and good service. 这家民宿位于二条城旁边一个居民区，非常安静适合睡觉。这是间很老的房子，全木结构，传统日式装修，简约到极致，木头的味道和温度让人舒服。除了有一位工作人员偶尔在房子之外，其他一切都是自助的。很适合愿意享受这种老式风格的人，但不适合追求舒适和服务的旅游者。 さらに表示

但這件民宿真的很日式，所以有兩間房間是位在二樓的位置，樓梯很陡，可能對某些旅客會比較不方便，因為這次住在２樓的關係，衛浴空間在一樓，燈光會偏暗，比較不喜歡暗空間的旅客也要注意，但以上兩個看似缺點的問題其實都是老式日式建築的特色之一，所以想體驗的真心推薦。 さらに表示
