The room size was really reasonable for its price and the location was just about 5min walk away from Keage Subway Station. The ryokan is also within a walking distance to attractions like shrines, the Gion area etc さらに表示

This was a pleasant, comfortable, clean place to stay, in a charming building with a lovely little garden outside our room. It was a pleasure to come back to each evening after a full day of sightseeing, eating, and shopping! The location was excellent, as well - tucked away on a quiet street, but a quick and easy walk to several temples, and perhaps a 10 minute walk to the bustling shops and restaurants around Gion area. It is very much "automated" in that you are given an electronic code to enter your room, and you do not really interact with any staff even to check in (though they do have a staff person there during business hours). Definitely different from the typical ryokan experience, where hospitality and meals are a highlight, but if you do not seek that sort of hospitality during your stay, this place would be a great choice. The only real negative comment is that the tea provided in the room was awful instant powder tea mix...! さらに表示

If you want to experience the japanese way of life then this is the place. The place is clean, neat and cosy. No compaints about that. all facilities were provided. There is a subway station just 10 mins walk. so no need to take a taxi.We took a taxi on the first day and it cost us 1800 yen from te JR station. But once we got to know of the subway station we never bothered to use a taxi. It takes just 15-18 min. by train to Kyoto JR station. We had taken theJR pass and the Kyoto subway and bus pass which made it very easy for us to commute to all the the sight seeing spots. Its a very peaceful neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay there. In a very central location, this cute and quiet apartement is perfect to enjoy Kyoto. Everything is new and clean, very cosy, with a lot of space and a cute garden (in the Sakura suite). We really enjoy coming back to this place after a long day of exploring Kyoto! We would definitely come back here next time we're in Kyoto!! さらに表示

No breakfast provided and no receptionist was present for front desk service. Which we already knew during the booking. However there was daily cleaning service as we stayed for more than 2 nights. Spare towels and toilet rolls were placed for us just in case. Clear instructions were given on the door access and there was even an instruction manual guide book placed on the table for the usage of the equipment in the room plus the recommended tourist attractions. Toiletries were also provided. It’s in walking distance to the subway station. No lift so people with heavy luggage be prepared but we managed to bring it up and down without any issues so should be fine. Love this accommodation! さらに表示

The traditional Japanese room was nice and clean. The location was ok not far from Gion. However, you will hardly see or contact the staff. We were verbally informed by the staff that there is no baggage storage service before check in or after check out. さらに表示

這次來京都的目的是去國際交流會館舉行的研討會發表文章，選在這間距離很近的日式旅館，感想就是：太棒了！ 隨行家人住了3晚後決定下次來京都得再來這裡住。又棒、又乾淨的傳統町屋，每日都會有人打掃庭院和更換用品，縱使我在打掃期間回來換裝，服務人員也都耐心等我出門後再進屋，讓我們第一次來日本就留下相當好的印象，浴室的浴缸泡澡也好舒服，真的很感恩你們的用心招待！另外，這裡離著名的景點，如清水寺、祗園、平安神宮等都很近，搭公車與地鐵相當方便，推薦給各地旅客。 p.s. 建議：希望能加強隔音設備，因為夜晚容易聽到說話聲與腳步聲，此外，如果能有服務人員常駐門口的private room會更好！ さらに表示

1. 是一間住宿式的小民宿. 沒有太高期望. 當天下午放行李時, 沒有人在, 只在一個牌子, 通知 "今天沒有職員在, 有需要請打XXX電話". 因為外地遊客, 網絡咭只有上網沒電話. 晚上回來時, 2件行李已不在入口處, 一定有人收了. 拍了好久門, 連職員房間都拍了, 超過2分鐘都沒有人. 之後聽到其他住房有對話聲, 膽粗粗去了拍門, 有一個日本女士開門, 其後請她協助打電話, 職員才在房間內走出來, 一直都有人在, 但拍了2分鐘完全沒有回應, 太太過份了. 2. 接待區連個按鐘或電話都沒有, 外地客完全不知如何可以聯絡他. 3. 住房幾好, 用品都齊備 さらに表示
