駅チカでお風呂がある事が決め手だったんですが、加湿器をお願いしたのにありませんでした。 コロナがこれだけ騒がれているのに石鹸もありません。安価なホテルですがアメニティが充実していません。 窓から墓場が見えます。テンションだだ下がりです。 さらに表示

This is a great guesthouse that is a convinient 3 min walk from exit 11 Sanjo station, just turn right after the exit. The guesthouse is next to a large overhead sign "APO". Exit 8 of the station links to a an office block with cafes and shops on the lower level and escalators going up and down. There is a small microwave oven, an elevtric stove, a small table for four and a small washing machine in the unit, but laundery detergent, plates and cutlery are not provided. But they do provide around 10 plastic hangers. There is a little space to walk around after placing 3 single beds in the room. The unit is very clean the airconditioning/ heating unit work well and there is no unpleasant smell in the room. Wifi works well. There is no one at the reception, but the receptionist comes quite quickly once you ring for him. Entrance into the lift foyer and into the room is by key, and only one key is issued. さらに表示

Pros: less than 100m from subway station, very clean and spacious room, washing machine, good clothes dryer in bathroom, bathroom warmer. Cons: not near the main dining and shopping areas but within walking distance. In summary, this place exceeded my expectations for the price. さらに表示

We like the room, nice and clean, good shower and bath. The only thing was there was no English channels on the tv. After a day of sightseeing and dark cold nights we just wanted to relax with a tv program. An English cable channel would have been nice. Overall still a nice place. さらに表示

Truly a hidden gem in Japan with large rooms at such affordable prices. Staff are very friendly and apartments were clean as well. Very convenient and centralized to all popular areas in Kyoto. Will definitely stay again! さらに表示

for a group of 3 person... the room is very tight.... barely any space to put luggage much less to open it. the toilet was ok in size compared to the room... room was also quite dusty at the areas not commonly used (eg table lamp) but overall ok... we were also placed on the 9th floor.. i think it was a smoking floor, the smell was quite bad... luckily there was a freshener spray in the room that helped. we came with car... warning, overnight parking charges is at 1800 yen for 3pm-10am. the lobby has a small rest area....with a few vending machine. there is also a water dispenser but it ran out of water after awhile (uses a tank, not direct plugged in water source) and it was not refilled even throughout the night till morning. unsure if it is serviced by some other crew as i did inform the staff. has a common laundry room too but it is chargeable. breakfast is at a cafe nearby... serving western food (bread). it was ok.. overall the hotel is mostly good for the location only. さらに表示
