I was firstly very disappointed when my booking was canceled which was done in ten months in advance. How ever replacement was offered and the owner was very helpful and a great communicator as she spoke English. It was a great stay finally. さらに表示

it was a long walk from the kyoto station. room was clean. kettle, hairdryer, microwave oven provided. apparently there are 2 different ‘kevin’s place’ - make sure you get the right one. さらに表示

Was initially hesitant to book a 3-night stay in a Japanese style bedroom (it was my first time) but sleeping on a Futon was surprisingly very very comfortable! The room unit is very spacious, and very very clean. The amenities are also complete, the typical things you would find in a hotel that's probably double the price you pay for. The place is also near the train stations, albeit a bit of walking. My only issue is that there aren't any convenient stores or late night eateries nearby, so late night snacking was quite tough so better be prepared. Maybe buy an onigiri or bread before you come home for the day in case you get hungry in the night. There also isn't an elevator here, just tight stairs. It wasn't an issue for me but I assume it would prove to be a challenge for people carrying heavy luggage. さらに表示

I like the nice quiet location (a little too quiet), the floor sleeping arrangement is quaint but not made for people with back problems. Sleeping was hard and uncomfortable but it was a unique experience さらに表示

located quite close to the Kyoto station but if you are carrying luggage it could be quite difficult. the insulation for the room is not good and you can easily hear foot steps from the floor above. さらに表示

원룸같은 느낌의 숙소로 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 사용하기도 편했습니다. 3명이서 지냈지만 4명까지 같이 지내기 충분히 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 교토역과도 먼 거리가 아니라서 좋았고, 일본에서 살고 있는 느낌이 들어서 좋았습니다. 포켓와이파이를 빌리는데 제대로 사용하지 못해서 아쉬웠지만, 나머지로 조리도구나, 냉장고 등 대부분의 것들이 있어서 푹 쉴 수 있고 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. さらに表示

入住地點在京都站跟東福寺站中間點、房間很新，每站走路大概需要10-15分才會到民宿。榻榻米很舒服很好睡、榻榻米也很適合嬰幼兒。但是要提醒的是樓梯很狹窄，可能有大件行李跟物品太多的人要多注意一下，搬上搬下不太方便。總體來說住宿很乾淨真的非常乾淨，廚房也很乾淨！附近也也很安靜。大家可以依照自己的需求再決定。 さらに表示
