宇治神社御旅所に近く、縣神社も徒歩5分くらいの距離です。眼の前の通りが屋台になるのでとても賑やかです。 あがた祭りを最後まで満喫すると深夜1時くらいまでかかるのですが、こういった時間の出入りもOKしていただけました。 平等院は10分ほどで到着します。 期間限定らしいのですが、ビール飲み放題でした。 ドアの防音性は殆ど無いので、物音に敏感な方は注意が必要です。 部屋や設備は清掃が行き届いており、キレイでした。 さらに表示

3人で車で行き和室に泊まりました。最近オープンしたばっかりなので非常に綺麗でした。土曜日に3人朝食付きで駐車場付きで部屋は少し狭いですが1万程度だったのでかなり安いです。 期間限定サービスで生ビールが22時まで飲み放題というのも驚きました。 ただ部屋にWIFIが届かなかったので残念でした。 宇治に観光の際はおすすめです。 さらに表示

The room is Japanese style and it's a bit small for family with 3 members. But, the room is clean and nice. It provides free parking. Although the breakfast is provided by a cafe with 10 minutes walk from the hotel, the owner provided a 10% discount for buying souvenir in the store. It is a very clean small house near station. The room is very clean and the facility is good with free good taste beer!! Though we can't use the wifi, owner gave us a wifi box to link. The breadfast is very nice and good taste with Japanese style. The place is run by private family. Location is a bit inconvenient and requires a bit of walking from the station. But the building is quite new and clean, nicely decorated. Staff is super friendly and helpful, providing all sorts of services like coin laundry, free tea/coffee/beer, free breakfast and tea tasting, etc. One issue though was that the sound proof of the room almost doesn’t exist and hence if you are at the second floor, and people are using the public area for eating or drinking or having fun, you will hear everything. さらに表示

Interesting guesthouse with Japanese-style rooms. Bathroom and showers are shared, and they were ok. Very nice common areas and kitchen. You can have free beer too, although the beer tasted a bit weird in my opinion, or maybe it was just not one of my favourite. Nonetheless, appreciated the gesture. The guesthouse is a bit away from the station, but Uji is small so nothing is really far away. The owner runs also an Uji tea business and the breakfast is held at the cafe / tea shop they own, which is 10 minutes walk away. さらに表示

We stayed 2 nights in the House and the whole experience was awesome - loved the comfort and decor in the Japanese style room; loved the facility offered there, everything was new, plus the complimentary beer was such a surprise; loved the friendly and genuine staff who kindly offered advice for touring around Uji; loved the breakfast... The location of the House is also good, walking-distance to JR Station if you wanna visit Kyoto which takes about 20 minutes and there are well-known tea houses, bakeries and a relatively big supermarket close by as well; and two historical sites easily walkable - for us, the main purpose was to see Kyoto, and the stay in Uji was initially kinda unplanned, however, it turned out to be the best part of our trip in Japan. We had a great time- we got a western style room for the two of us, was very clean and good size. Guest house is really cosy and clean, also common areas and toilets were clean and comfortable. One night we cooked Japanese beef for dinner and enjoyed the free beer you can have in the house,that was great! Even though the person in charge of the guest house has limited English,we had no issue with communication,he was very nice, kind and helpful with the assistance of his online translator :) It is about 20 min away from Kyoto station with JR, for us having JR pass and medium budget for accommodation ,this place was the perfect choice! Seriously I find this guest house really have provided consider good facilities. But their sound proofing is really very bad. We have stay Japanese room and couldn’t get to sleep well throughout the night, other guest still making noise by laughing loud even we have informed the owner. And they still using laundry machine even after 12am. This is really not acceptable even they have place their house rules on wall no making noise 12am. They should have tighten their house rules and since the sound proofing is really that poor. Good Sleeping is very important for every travellers. Hope they really improved on that. さらに表示
