The place is very near to Emmachi railway station, which is connected to Central Kyoto station. The area is quiet, however, surrounding restaurants are open until around midnight.
It’s a two-storey condo, with 2 rooms. Upper room is a tatami style room that can hold 3-4 adults, and lower room has 2 single bed. The place is very well maintained and very clean.
The equipments are labelled in Japanese, however they provide very clear instruction in english on how operate them. Super easy. The owner also allow us to store our luggage prior to check in, which is nice, as we can spend time outside without being burdened by the luggage. さらに表示

booked this for a family trip. there were 5 of us with one 11 year old. place was clean and neat; the directions and instructions on getting there and getting in were fairly straight-forward. Staff I contacted was very friendly and helpful. Even had suggestions on where to go. nearby good food and bus and stations 100% さらに表示

About 3 mins walk from train station, if you drive there is a coin parking slot just a few steps behind the apartment, very convenient. The apartment is very clean and tidy, with a very clean, separated bathroom, lavatory and laundry areas. If you do laundry there are racks for hanging the clothes for drying, it is winter now so can utilize the warm air-con to get clothes dry.
