This house is really nice and had a large bathtub! But there were some downsides as follows: 1. The 1 toilet is downstairs from the upper sleeping area. 2. There was a slight mosquito problem (possibly from the basin of still water right in front of the door) 3. There aren't a ton of restaurant options nearby but the JR station is close Other info: Sleeping setup for 6 was 3 and 3. There was no door blocking the steep staircase area so we had to keep an eye on a 1yr old baby who kept climbing up. Also they had bikes available to use which was nice! さらに表示

Very close by Jr. Tambaguchi station. They have all the facilities. Clean toilet and bath tub.. Very nice and friendly owner.. Checked in by yourself, easy to find. Thank you さらに表示

Overall is good for family travelers as 2 bedrooms upstairs with another small room just next to entrance where we put our luggage. With all cooking facilities & a washing machine given but no place to hang dry clothes. Only problem is wc downstairs make small inconvenient at night. 1 stop away from Kyoto station but provide 6 bicycles for cycling. さらに表示

Pros: Spacious, clean, has great and modern facilities such as the Nespresso coffee machine, bathtub and toilet. Adjacent to convenient stores, a supermarket, and a Uniqlo branch. One station away from Kyoto Station. Also, we love that bicycles were included (esp in a place like Kyoto where everyone rides a bike), it made exploring Kyoto much more fun. Cons: After my reservation was confirmed, I didn't get the email regarding check-in/check-out instructions initially, and so I requested for it to be sent again only to be ignored multiple times. I found myself emailing them repeatedly until they finally sent the instructions. Until now I'm still puzzled why I had to incessantly ask before they finally replied to me. 房間乾淨、擺設舒服、離JR丹波口近，附近有7-11。附腳踏車超棒，我們一行6人，房東提供6台腳踏車。但其中一間臥室冷氣機聲音大，是唯一的缺點。The house is clean and the facilities are good. The house is close to JR station and 7-11. 房子非常舒適，位置優越，騎著民宿的單車可輕鬆悠閒的體驗京都。 房內設備齊全，這次帶著長輩、小孩（3歲、1歲）入住的非常開心，還可帶食材回家料理晚餐、早餐非常方便。 離丹波口站步行5分鐘，往嵐山、京都車站都好方便。公車站步行不到5分鐘，可搭車約20分鐘至河原町、清水寺附近好方便。騎著單車10分鐘可抵達鐵道博物館，位置實在很棒。 睡房空間很大很舒服，好適合長輩、孩子！ 謝謝您的房子，讓我們回憶滿滿！ さらに表示

炒鸡棒的体验 我们一共五个大人两个孩子 楼中楼的结构 性价比极高 对面的烤肉店一定要去吃 服务态度太棒了 离地铁站就两分钟的路程 附近有泡温泉的地方 大超市 药妆店 真的非常齐全 而且睡觉很安静 完全不会被打扰 但是如果有老人不建议住 因为楼梯有点陡 さらに表示
