Rooms - The Japanese & western style mixed room is very good. The Japanese (Tatami) style is even better. Because of the fragrance from Tatami. Dinning room - Very nice & beautiful melody of songs played in gentle sound at breakfast time. Very very nice of staying at Kyukamura Shikotsuko!!! さらに表示

Staff are nice and helpful. The environment outside hotel is good. The Onsen is very small and room is also old. Food is in average standard. You can take shuttle bus from Sapporo to hotel for 500Yen. The location from the lake is 20 min walk. さらに表示

Stay was good overall. Clean, comfortable room, nice view of the forest. Shikotsuko is a pain to get to if you don't have a car, but the hotel is a short walk from the bus station in town (and a shuttle is available). Food at the hotel is fine, but since there aren't really other options nearby it can feel a bit tired after a couple of days. Onsen and sauna are nice, but unfortunately there's no outdoor bath. さらに表示

We had a hard time to look for the hotel as my GPS showed middle of the jungle. Well, yes because it is in the nature park. A bit old hotel but room are very big. they provide Japanese traditional dress in the wardrobe that I wore to the dinner room. The dinner was fantastic , very Japanese meal. I wish I had more day to explore near by area. We can rent snow shoes and hike around the area. I didn't have a chance to do that as I arrive late at the hotel . さらに表示

We arrived by bicycle and were warmly received and our bikes taken care of immediately We then hugely enjoyed the onsen and the great atmosphere of the smorgasbord Breakfast was also nice and we spent the day gently wandering around the lake and doing some hikes before returning to the hotel to make use of the guest laundry and all the other facilities A good feature is the option not to have your room serviced it really fits in with the Eco feel of the place plus you get a smiley sticker Great place in an unbelievably beautiful setty さらに表示

친구들과 골프여행 마지막 숙소로 선택한 곳인데 결론적으로는 굿 초이스~~ 온천물이 좋고 시츠코츠 호수 자연경관과 어우려진 호텔의 모습은 멋짐폭발~~ 위치적으로 조금 들어와야 한다는 한계가 있어요. 근처 편의점이 없으니 술이나 기타 등등 미리 준비하셔요~ さらに表示

這是我第二次入住這間飯店,餐點比上次弱些,但還算不錯啦~~價位跟當地其他兩家溫泉旅館比起來算便宜了,另外此飯店設施對老人來說相當貼心,例如電梯裡會有椅子. 另外飯店還有大約一坪的兒童遊戲區,雖然很小,但3歲的女兒還是玩到捨不得離開~溫泉的部分雖然只有一池室內池,但裡面盥洗用品很齊全,還有桑拿室,因此也泡得很舒服~從飯店穿越樹林到熱鬧的遊客中心大約10~15分鐘,樹林風景很美~ さらに表示
