The staff at this hotel were very helpful. Especially Kim Kyoung Il who speaks excellent English. It’s a comfortable well run hotel in a quiet spot just outside of the feverish action of Shinjuku. さらに表示

The hotel overall is fine, I had booked 3 adult room but I think it’s really small for 3 adult & 1 children, other side , we were disappointed about a breakfast, it only provided two kind of sandwiches , My family stay here four nights ,we only enjoy one day breakfast even though it’s free to us every day😞 さらに表示

The hotel is sleek design. Location is nice, closed to Shinjuku walking street. No doubt for cleanliness and staff is helpful with English. The room is a bit small, anyway it's the same as others with this value price, especially in Tokyo. Conclusion is highly recommended. さらに表示

Everything was wonderful. 3 things to keep in mind 1. Rooms are a bit tight for three. Small 2. The mattress is very hard. No give 3. You can't open the window, street noise will keep you up all night. Having said that, the location is within walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku district. The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just right. Soup and sandwiches with plenty of delicious coffee. Thanks for your hospitality さらに表示

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately on the first night, my pyjamas were taken. I had taken my sleeping gown and shorts off and left it on the bed. When I return I discovered my room had been cleaned and my clothing items missing. To date they have not accepted any fault or responsibility in taking/loosing my items, but then accused me of fabricating the story. When we spoke to reception we were informed they would look for it and management would let us know what they could do for us due to their error. To my disgust I received a reply which stated there was no proof and they would not doing discussing the matter any further. Absolutely appalling customer service and often felt the receptionists hid behind the language barrier to gloss over the issue. We definitely would not recommend this hotel, and nor will we be returning. さらに表示
