駅前の好立地、観光で散策する拠点としては申し分ないホテルです。新型コロナウィルス感染症の拡大でオープンして数か月しか経過していないなかで利用する人が少ないのは残念です。このホテルに限らず、函館・北海道・日本全国そして全世界が苦しんでいる大変な時期です。一日も早い新型コロナウィルスの終息し、普通の日常が戻ってくることを願わずにはいられません。 さらに表示

お風呂が暗く、水風呂と２種類しかない。 脱衣所が狭く、洗い場も少ない。オープンして間もないのに、すでに壊れているところあり。 部屋はキレイで満足。受付は韓国人と中国人て、日本人には会わなかった。 さらに表示

子どもが部屋で吐いてしまったのですが、シーツの交換などをお願いしたところ、こちらがお願いした以上の対応をしてくださり、おかげさまで安心＆快適に滞在することができました。チェックアウトの際も子供を気遣う声掛けをしていただき感謝しています。 大浴場も十分に広く、清潔でサウナや水風呂も快適でした。 1階にはコンビニ、歩いてすぐの場所には函館の朝市やスーパーもあり 小さな子供がいる家族が安心して泊まれる条件をすべて満たしていると思います。 さらに表示

The room is big considering the hotel room size in Japan. Hotel staff immediately came to help us adjusting the air condition as requested. Good overall breakfast quality. The hotel is clean. New hotel and the facilities are many, as I had travel with my wife for 9 days. The washing machine(WM) is very important to us, there are three floors with WM and it was easy to use, the washing detergent is built-in. Also, the living room is clean and comfortable. The hotel located near the JR station, it is convenient for travel by JR.There are also restaurant and convenient store just next to the hotel.
