my room have private open-air bath with mount fuji view. The view is good, it’s so lucky to see mount fuji.
Service is good, shuttle bus pick up service provided when I arrived Kawaguchiko station and called the hotel to pick up in info center.
Breakfast is buffet, and dinner is semi-buffet. food are fair and there are quite a lot of choices.

Dinner and breakfast were terrific. The onsen experience also a plus. Facilities were clean and they have a Mt.Fuji Viewing deck on the top of their hotel.
Hotel looks a bit dated but location to the park and lake and also the view made up for that. さらに表示

For the first time to visit Mount Fuji, the hotel's shuttle is in place and the environment is very comfortable. It is not perfect to watch Mount Fuji from the hotel room. Maybe the upper floors will be better. Worth the promotion and next time! さらに表示

Amazing hotel, with staff with excellent customer service. The private onsen was excellent, and we enjoy soaking in it despite the cold weather. Get to try out yukata (interesting experience), which one of the staff was very helpful with tying the yukata knot for me. さらに表示

Very nice hotel, with great staff. Our room had a private open-air bath, and it was wonderful ! So beautiful ! The public baths are also amazing, mostly the rooftop bath with its nice view. The diner was delicious. Definitely it's worth the money ! さらに表示
Pay for room with onsen but cannot use as no hot water. Hotel offers private onsen outside but the price of private onsen outside the room is much cheaper than the price we pay for room with inside onsen. さらに表示

A friend and I decided to stay here based on reviews and location. This place is top notch. Everyone speaks English very well. We had a Japanese Style Suite with the balcony facing Mt. Fuji, it was probably one of the clearest days there ever was, we saw the mountain the entire day. Dinner was amazing, the buffet style was absolutely perfect, and the same goes for the breakfast. Did not use the public bath because of tattoos but the viewing deck was very nice. 10/10 one day when I return I will stay here again. さらに表示

eveything was perfect. free shuttle from kawaguchiko station, great 10 courses dinner, great unblocked view of Mt Fuji from the outdoor bath, clean amenities ie onsen and room, walking distance to lake. limited breakfast spread / variety but still good. the only disappointment - water in the outdoor bathtub in the room is not hotspring water. さらに表示

We've stay 2 nights at the hotel. The view and Onzen were great. we've stay both lake and montain view and enjoyed very much. We've had dinner and breakfast at hotel and food was good with lot of choices. Our special thanks to Yamanaka Jun Kakuda San for his kindness during our stay and helping booking the bus to Tokyo. Nice hotel. warm hospitality. We've got a free ticket to enjoy the Kawaguchiko Winter Fireworks on a boat. It was spectacular.
transport: take Green line bus from Kawaguchiko station. hoop off at the #6 stop "八木崎公園 Yagizaki Park " the hotel is right next to the stop.
Food: nice and decent dinner. breakfast is so-so. not the top.

Staff was first rate! We requested for an early check in as we had mild food poisoning and needed to rest - they kindly helped us to set up the room and changed our meals. Hotel is in a quiet location, the private room with onsen facing Mt Fuji had great view! Hotel is a little dated but everything was well maintained. さらに表示

This was my first-ever ryokan, so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt as I don't have much to compare it against. I split the cost of a room with two friends, and in my opinion it was well worth the money. We were provided yukata and sandals, the staff set up beds for us on the tatami, and the view would have been great had the weather cooperated. The dinner was amazing; dozens of small courses of high-quality Japanese food. The breakfast was nice as well, though not quite as luxurious. The onsen wasn't very traditional-looking, but it was very nice after a long week of travelling. 1 hot indoor onsen, 1 hot outdoor onsen and either a cool tub or a small rooftop onsen depending on which side you're using that day (they split it between men and women, and switch them between morning and evening). We were also within easy walk of several attractions around the lake (parricularly the tram), and the shuttlebus to and from the bus station was well appreciated. さらに表示

View of Mount Fuji from the room is simply amazing. The public onsen is also great. But the in-room open-air bathtub provides only ordinary hot water.

If you are looking a decent japanese dinner, I would never recommend this hotel. The service and quality of the food in the buffet dinner are way below standard compared to other hot spring hotels in Japan さらに表示
