まず、施設内の雰囲気がとてもよかったですし、スタッフの対応も素敵でした。ご飯はコロナ対策を行いながらも、１つ１つの品物が丁寧に作られており、とても美味しかった。今まで行った温泉のご飯の中で一番よかったです。温泉は普通な感じでしたが、人が少なくほぼ貸し切り状態でゆっくり入れたのでよかったです。是非また行きたい。 さらに表示

いろんなホテルを迷いこちらに。 雨が降っていたのですがホテルまで傘を持ってきていただき送っていただきました。 札幌から送迎バスもありとても便利でした。 お部屋も十分で、スパやジムも利用しましたがどれも満足でした。 懐石と迷いましたが、ビュッフェを選び、味と内容ともに素敵だったので満足です。 さらに表示

The attentiveness and services from the staff is excellent and the onsen is very good. The surrounding areas at the lake is also very beautiful filled with nature. The hotel is located right in front of the lake. Beautiful view but a bit remote. All staff are very nice and friendly. The service is excellent and the facilities are top notch. There is a massage chair in every guestroom which helps us to relax. Plenty of choices for dinners and breakfasts. Will definitely go back when we go to Japan next time. さらに表示

Before we reach New chitose airport, i did email the resort for the service of airport transfer which they responded very fast and did it for free for all the guests staying the hotel. It is very nice and easy for us to reach the hotel. It is about 1 hour drive to the resort. After that we get a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived. The hotel booking is covered with breakfast and dinner buffet(they offer japanese style buffet, the food are fresh) as ther is not much foods around it. The hotel lobby is very comfy, will have a live music at some scheduled time and warm yourself near the fire flame, can have some marshmallow melted done by yourself.. sure will come back again. さらに表示

A package group run hotel with groups waiting in lobby to check in. Very strick with check in time of 3pm. & check out at 10pm, so most guests were made waiting. Check in Staff repeatedly showed us their rule about per hour penalty if we check out late or check in early . Same Tsugura group, but is differently run onsen . We expected Kaseki dinner but given coupons for Buffet dinner. Big big selection @ buffet but quality far fetching(wayu beef was tough even after chef offered a second to please). I suppose they cater for groups. We paid extra for Kaseki lunch but turn out disappointing(main course dried fish, speciality of the lake was inedible, I suppose it is all to taste). Lake Shikotsu is beautiful with other Private onsens nearby . A new Tsugura onsen is right behind opening May. さらに表示

The onsen, buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station and the airport was also really convenient. Just note there isn't a lot to do in the area (although this may not be the case in the warmer months).
