お部屋が広く、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。トイレが２つあるところが、大人数で泊まる際にはありがたいポイントです。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、観光地への行き方やオススメのお店など、丁寧に教えてくださいました。 湖畔までも歩いて行けて、天気が良ければ大風呂から富士山も見えるのでロケーションも良いです。 お風呂での外国のお客様のマナー以外は全て満足でした。 さらに表示

They have onsen also, everything you need they have , and you can ask anything with the staff, they are very helpfull, dont forget to see hanna, their cutey grey cat... i will coing back here absolutely, only 5 minutes for walking to the lake and you can see fuji mt from your room window...perfect ambience さらに表示

The host all of them are superb 10 out of 10. The place is big with kitchen and private onsen for my room. Can see mt fuji from the hotel lobby. They pick and taking care of you since the day you arrive until you left kawaguchiko. I really enjoy my second time to kawaguchiko さらに表示

The villa is exceptionally big, wonderful and warm host (Koki) and splendid view of Fuji mountain! A bit far from shops but should be no problem if you take the hop in hop out buses! Fully recommended! さらに表示

That’s a very good location, just walk from the bus station no. 18 around 700 m. (easy to find the place). Mt. Fuji was in front of the hotel, That’s very perfect !! Hiro was very nice and gave us a lot of information which is very useful. The house was clean and very suitable for family to stay here. They have onsen that guests can use with free of charge. He also take us to the Kawaguchiko Station in the early morning when the retro bus doesn’t operate. Really recommend to stay here !! さらに表示

Hiro is the best host I've ever met. He speaks English fluently and gave us load of information which is very useful. The location is really perfect. You can walk only 2-3 minutes to the recommended point for viewing Fujisan in the early morning. I really recommend for a group of friends to stay here. You won't be disappointed for sure. さらに表示

Full facility cottage that allows you to cook by yourself and enjoy time with your family/friends. Hiro-san offered a great help to make sure we can stay comfortably. Fuji mountain is just in front of this villa. Its near the best location to see and take a photo of Fuji shadow over the lake in the early morning. The house provides all facilities like kitchen, heater and 2 toilets. Heater is just under the ground so you can walk warmly. さらに表示

We visited in early March and the weather was rainy with low visibility. However, upon arriving at the Villa, the owner gave us a very detailed explanation of all the facilities. He even offered to drive us to the supermarket to buy food. during dinner, we wanted to check out some of the local restaurants but they were closed so the owner drove us for a good 15 mins to look for a restaurant, and then picked us up again after dinner. Our villa had its own onsen and it was so comfortable. The amazing service and hospitality from the owners was really touching and heart warming. We will definitely be back again! Highly recommend the villa for groups of friends or family. There are both western beds and tatami beds. Heating is adequate and furnishing is very cozy. The room is very good. We arrived there at 7pm. the staff told me that it's not worth to buy 2day bus, so he suggest us to see Mt.Fuji on the morning and back to the room get ready for check-out and walk to Kawaguchiko music forest, temple. After that we walk back to Lake Villa Kawaguchiko again and the staff bring us and our luggage to the train station. We took the train for 2 station, get of at Shimoyoshiya and walk to the Pagoda Chureito. Staff'suggestion is very helpful. さらに表示

House is really nice, clean, and cosy. Location is great! The place is near the bus stop where you can take the sight seeing bus that goes around Lake Kawaguchiko. Its a 5-min walk to the lake where you'll get to see a nice view of the lake and Mt. Fuji. Hiro is very friendly and helpful. They have onsen too, and guests enjoy it for free! さらに表示

I must say the services and help provided by the owner really saved our day. Due to unfamiliarity of the website and language, we couldn't confirm our bus tickets to and out of the villa. However, with the owner's help, we got all our troubles sorted. Owner is also extremely helpful in suggesting itinerary for us. Not to mentioned the free shuttle service to and from the villa during check in and out. We had a great time at the villa and the kids were disappointed when they have to leave. Love the beautiful cottage which is surrounded by flowers. Lake Villa Kawaguchiko is clean and comfortable even my parent and son love it so much. The receptionist (Koki San) is very nice and helpful. Service is so impressive. The place is very silent but has very beautiful view. Can see Mt. Fuji clearly on the sunny day. The location is near No. 18 bus stop so it's convenient for traveling around Kawaguchiko with the sightseeing bus. We love it and will go back again!!! さらに表示
