旭岳登頂の為、近くのホテルをと思い、こちらのホテルを予約しました。 ウエルカムドリンクのサービスがロビーで受けられるのですが、大きな荷物を置きっぱなしにしてゆっくりする気にもなれず、コーヒーをもらって部屋で飲みましたが、荷物を部屋まで持って行ってくれるサービスがあれば、もう少しロビーでゆっくりできたかもと思います。気になる点はこれだけで、他は完璧です。 主人も子供達も大満足でした。 一泊だけでしたが、二連泊にすれば良かったと思いました。 さらに表示

３歳の子供がいるので、寝具不要で食事のみをお願いしましたが、出された食事が大人用のものだったのでそこをどうにかして欲しかったです。こちらが大人分の食事代を事前に支払っているとのことでしたので、出す料理はもちろん大人用のものですよ！的な態度はどうなんでしょう。まともなホテルであれば確認の電話一本ぐらいはするかと思います。アゴダのサイトでは、子供の年齢や寝具と食事の有無しかチェックする項目がありませんし、こちらは子供の年齢と食事をお願いした段階で、子供用の食事がつくのかと思ってました。まさか子供にお通しがくるとは（笑）。このホテルではホスピタリティ精神は残念ながらあまり感じられませんでした。 お部屋やお風呂は全体的に綺麗で良かったです。一番大切なスタッフの質がイマイチ。 さらに表示

スタッフの対応もよく気持ちよく泊まれました ただレストランのスタッフは少し愛想の悪い感じでした 汁物の貝が砂抜きできておらず食べれなかったのは残念でした お風呂は綺麗で利用できる時間も長くありがたかったのですが全体的にぬるいので好みはわかれるかと思います さらに表示

源泉かけ流しのお風呂はとても素敵でした。 残念だったのは、Nonnoというレストラン。「フレンチフルコースです」といわれて期待値が高まるも、ラクレットチーズのサーブも客に恥をかかせるような対応、スタッフのサーブマナーは一度研修をしたほうがよく、味は「まぁ普通・・・」というものでした。料理の味とサービスが改善するとよくなるホテルだと思います。 さらに表示

Excellent! Treated with such care and detail for our needs. The extra thoughtful amenities at the onsen was unexpected and a great treat! The private and public baths were well thought out. So many different types to choose. The baths outside were also so clean and refreshing with the snow falling at night. The quality of food was a notch above, fresh and tasty! Spacious and luxurious room. However, my room has no air con (only electric stand fan), which kinda odd for such kind of hotel, but it's still fine with me during my stay. We took the japanese dinner option, which was very delicious, but the service is kinda slow because the courses were served dish by dish.Many onsen (including private bath) to try out, and very close to Mt. i request non smoking room because my dad has allergy. but in the room has smoking smell that make him cannot sleep and hard to breath. finally he cannot hiking to asahidake because not enough sleep!!! so angry with that. hotel should manage room for person who not smoke as well さらに表示

It's near the Asahidake Ropeway, so the heights and the climate is a bit cooler than the cities and town. We really had a good rest during the short stay. Clean and snug. Love the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staffs. No shops nearby, but there're bending machines, complementary amenities and meal options with reasonably priced drinks. very close to asahidake ropeway station(about 6-7 minute walk), located in Daisetsuzan national park(peaceful, on way to the place, saw cute foxes), can enjoy fresh air, free yummy ramen service at night(I mean it!), neat breakfast with personal grills, free yogurt service after onsen, kind staff, can enjoy private onsen - everything was perfect with the stay, will be visiting here again with my family さらに表示

Its a joke. Room is in terrible old condition, dark and dusty likes its never cleaned. Snow piles up the entire window you cant see anything, its like you're locked in a box. Staffs in restaurant are rude, food is so so. The 3 private onsen is overrated.... its old and disgusting. Took forever to get there , driving is scary especially in the dark and it gets dark quickly at 4 pm in winter. Only liked one thing here .... the friendly staff at the ice bar. さらに表示

We loved this hotel. Although is room is not very spacious , it's very clean n got great facilities n amenities! Both indoor and outdoor onsens are great! Food was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast. It's located in a very remote area, it's more suitable for those who drive.
