Stayed in winter, showers only open from 5-10pm so no morning showers. Only the rooms are heated, corridors and bathrooms were probably below 10°c the whole time. さらに表示

I felt cheated as when I make booking I saw the toilet room photo n thought the toilet room is attached to the room but when I checked in on 25/12/16, I was stunned n upset the it is a sharing toilet n purely room for us only. Then no car park near hotel and have to park on top of the hill and really very inconvenient to us as need to walk very far up the slope to get our car even the owner can drive us to the car park if requested. great location. close to the most lively street, the gondola station and right next to a lovely onsen. big and bright rooms, shared washrooms and showers. the staff is very friendly and helpful. a nice place to spend a couple of nights at. さらに表示

A nice place to stay, just moments from the main street of Nozawa Onsen and right next door to one of the thirteen public onsens in the village. The food is great too and the staff and owner very accommodating. さらに表示

地點非常好 , 鄰近商店街與雪場 , 房間很大有暖氣使用 , 非常有日式風格 , 唯獨廁所部分 , 夜晚起來使用時非常寒冷 , 澡堂部分空間不大但可泡澡 , 滑雪完使用非常放鬆愜意 , 但有使用時間限制(PM5:00~10:00) , 如住房客人多時候 , 需等待較久時間 . 不過我們入住時候 , 只有另一組客人 , 這部分不造成困擾 . 算是一個不錯的住宿經驗 . さらに表示

交通位置離商店街及巴士站近，旁邊就是公湯松葉之湯。到長坂纜車站需要走一段上坡但還算方便。雪具乾燥室不太乾燥，而且需要從屋外走到後面去擺放有點不太方便。 さらに表示
