お風呂は最高でした。万座高原ホテルの温泉も入れるのは◎。タオル片手に薄着で外に向かってたのだからそれを見ていたスタッフに万座高原ホテルのお風呂は夜10時までしか行き来できないと教えて欲しかった。２部屋とったうち片方のトイレが開かなかった。フロントに電話しても全然でない。 温泉はとてもいいけどスタッフが最悪でした。今までの国内外ホテル、旅館の中で最低レベル。 さらに表示

平日にお邪魔させていただきましたが、非常に満足出来る内容でした。周囲に何もないのと17時以降は草津方面が通行禁止、最寄りのコンビニまで車で１時間以上かかるので、食事はホテルで取ることをお勧めします！ さらに表示

Fabulous hotel location but quite a trek to drive up. Try not to drive at night as it is very dark and very high up. A lovely view in day time and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lively and has a nice, quiet bar for the evenings. I would recommend :) さらに表示

I went to Manza because of it's famous onsen. I really enjoy it especially it is in open air and next to the cliff where you can enjoy an unobstrcued view to the sky resort cabins in afar. It was very very cold and snowy when I arrive, must be -15 C. But you don't feel the cold when you are soak in the onsen and your head will be covered by snow. What an experience. さらに表示

Strength : Good onsen both indoor and outdoor. Big window in the room so that you can see nice view. Weakness : it is very far from the city so you have to prepare some foods if you didn't book it with the hotel. To arrive hotel before sunset is better choice due to uncontrol weather may lead you to loss the way if you drive. On October, 4.30 pm seem like 8 pm. さらに表示

I stayed here for a night (2days trip from Tokyo) and was really impressed by the facilities provided by hotel. Outdoor onsen is so nice and a must! there are indoor and outdoor onsen, separated gender. I love the outdoor one which is surrounded by snow in winter, beautiful scenery and so relaxed! Try in the afternoon (when most people out for skiing) or late night and you will enjoy private onsen. hotel also provided free shuttle bus from Karuizawa station which is very convenient and save a lot of money (unfortunately it was fully booked from Karuizawa to hotel so I need to use public bus instead). more info can be found from hotel website. We did Onsen in the snow at -10 deg cel! The outdoor Onsen has a great view and truly a great experience. Manza is also the highest Onsen at an altitude of 1800m. It also has a Ski slope right at the backdoor, hence its very convenient for those who wish to do snow sports. However, one minus point is the cleaniness. The room we had was a smoking room and they did not have other alternative. So we had to live with stench of tobacco for a day before we managed to air the room and flood it with deodrant. If you come during winter, be prepared for snow storms in which you will be stranded in the hotel. The senery is good around Manza, hence its great for hiking. But some roads are closed during winter, and hence you won't be able to get through. The overall experience was great. さらに表示

This is one of the most beautiful hot spring I have even visited in Japan. its tug away in the suburb of tokyo approximately 1.5 hours by bullet train. Access to this hotel is quite inconvenient from the nearest station owing to the fact that the hotel only provides limited shuttle services. (2 times a day to be exact). If you missed the shuttle, you may have to take a bus to the resort which will cost you easily 16,000 Yen per person and for a 1.5 hours ride. One of the plus point of the hotel is the ski facility and outdoor hot spring. The Ski facility is attached to the hotel and you can access to the facility anytime of the day. The outdoor hot spring is a mixed-sexed bathing with breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. With proper planning and booking the shuttle in advance will definitely make you trip more pleasant and stress free. さらに表示
