駅近の利便性、スタッフさんの対応や笑顔。フリーのドリンクバー。どれも良かったです。付属の駐車場はありませんでしたが至近に1000円ほどの頭打ちで停めておけるコインパークがあり問題ありませんでした。 惜しむらくは共用のトイレとシャワーが。 男女で階が異なるので、一人でやれない小さなお子さん連れだと少し大変かもしれません。でもやはり料金の安さと利便性を考えると余りあるメリットだと感じます。 今度は一階を占めるカフェでピッツァ食べてみたいな。 さらに表示

Everything was clean and the location was great. However before 4pm (check-in) you are not allowed to even stay 1 min in the hostel’s reception and you can leave your bags unattended but the staff won’t look after it. I has just done a really big trip to Nagano and the staff kicked me out of the reception because I hadn’t checked-in. So I didn’t like this. さらに表示

The place is nice but it's on the 3rd floor and there's no lift elevator. Bed is comfy and everything works. Staff are friendly. I have issues with the followings: 1) Upon check in, you are asked to write your name, passport no. and country of origin on an iPad with your FINGER!!!! Haven't these people heard of tablet pen??? They cost next to nothing. 2) Security is poor. In the morning at say 9am, you can walk in from the street straight into the dorm room without anyone checking you. Say you are a woman sleeping in your bunk, in theory someone can walk in from the street and rape you. The entrance to the room should have at least a key pad. さらに表示

Very dirty at the evening. Looks like nobody cleans the showers during the day. The AC in the room didn't work, the reception guy did nothing to solve the problem! He only suggest to return me money and I should go at street at the night! Never stay there again. No towels free, no cups in the floors kitchen, dirty in hallways. さらに表示

Spotless clean with amazing young atmosphere. The staff is very kind and helpful, all the facilities was the best, have a very busy Cafe you can sit and hang with the locals and other travelers, very good common space with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet but central location in Kuamae, Asakusa. さらに表示

What was outstanding about this property is the efficient check in. I arrived early morning (the day after my booking) and they had sent me an email prior with instructions re: self check in—door codes, room assignment, etc. This initiative on their part was much appreciated. さらに表示

The hostel is really near to Nagano station. It's everything new inside and very clean. Despite the staff does not talk in English very well, people are really kind and they will always try to help you. I also discovered once I was in the hostel that coffee and other beverages are free. さらに表示
