ホテルはとても高級感があり、清潔で快適でした。温泉は露天風呂が最高です。特に夜のライトアップの中の露天風呂は非日常的で素晴らしい眺めです。食事はバイキングでしたがスタッフの対応が素晴らしいし、上質な食材でとても美味しかったです。 併設のマッサージやエステは現地に到着してからでは予約が一杯で利用できなかったので、早めにホテルに確認して事前に予約するのがよいと思いました。 さらに表示

料金は少々お高いのですが水をテーマにしたロビーといい、「食を楽しむ」ということに徹底した料理といい、おへやの雰囲気といい、贅沢なほど数多い露天風呂といい、日常とは違う空間を大いに楽しむことができました。帰りは台風で早めに出たので満喫できませんでした。天気のいい日にリピートしたいです。 さらに表示

露天風呂の湯船が、男風呂、女風呂両方に10個ずつありいろんなお湯が、楽しめたのが良かったです。ホテルに着いたときのウエルカムドリンクと、お菓子をいただけたのがすごく良かった。また是非とも利用したいです。 さらに表示

バイキングのオープンキッチン とても良かったです。どれを食べてもおいしいのはもちろん 見せ方なども工夫されていて 楽しく食事できました。 お部屋の水回りは 第二名水亭の時代から変わってない感じで 洗面所を使ったあと 下水の臭いがあがってきてました。 お風呂は きれいで ゆったり入る事ができました。露天風呂も含めるととても広いお風呂なので 案内図があると助かります。露天風呂用のガウンがあるとの事でしたが 見つけられませんでした。 さらに表示

リーズナブルで質の高い温泉旅でした。食事のバイキングは朝も夜も種類が豊富で美味しくいただきました。特にラッキーワゴンという出来立て料理を席まで配るサービスがよかったです。お風呂もカラフルな浴槽がたくさんあって、ゆっくりのんびりできました。温泉の質も良かったです。お部屋も和洋室で、二人では広すぎるくらいです。コロナの影響で、中国人らしき人はいなくて、皆さんのマナーもよく、静かにゆったりとした時間が流れていました。 さらに表示

日帰り入浴をしていないだけあって、静かで落ち着いて高級な気分にさせていただきました。食事は創作に工夫がありましたが、味は北海道を代表する味ではありませんでした。ホテル入り口は駐車場から急な階段を登らないといけないのはかなりきついです。せっかく隣のホテルの入浴券をいただいてもあの坂を登り降りすると思ったら面倒で結局、ホテルに缶詰でした。地上階から入館できる工夫をお願いしたいです。またフロントの場所はなぜあんな遠い所に？客室へのエレベーターの正反対、導線が悪くて、無駄に歩かされて疲れました。あとマッサージはクオリティが低かったです。脱衣所にある無料のマッサージチェアーの方が気持ち良かったです。でもホテルスタッフの方々は本当に言い方達ばかりで気持ちのいい滞在でした。 さらに表示

The outdoor onsen are the best. We have one of the best onsen experiences with the autumn view. They have lots of onsen pool outdoor with different flavors. We enjoy them a lot. Btw, we rent a car so travel to the resort is easy. さらに表示

It is in like in the middle of no where. Therefore it is not attracting to those big tour group from China yet. Lots of onsen options, fresh food, no internet in room and stuff speak little English. A perfect spot for people who looking for a traditional onsen experience in a modern resort さらに表示

Please give me another word other than awesome!!! I love their hot spring the most, especially outdoor hot spring!!! Get close to nature, my body and soul get to relax by it. Not only that, the hotel even rotate both man and women to let us get to try on all of their onsen!! Not to forget their dinner selection. It is so pampering to my stomach! I will definitely make a return and recommend to all my friends who plan to visit Hokkaido!! さらに表示

Food was prepared as routine, stayed for 2 nights, same varieties of breakfast and dinner buffet. Not worth to include the dinner buffet. Suggesting to eat out. The Onsen is the selling point and we stayed in the executive suite, room was cozy, clean and big. さらに表示

Location is out from town, but free shuttle transfer from Sapporo Station. The outdoor onsen is big & awesome. Went to few onsen, this is the best. Japanese tatami room type is good, room spacious. Family of 8 ppl (4 elderly). I myself is a fan of onsen and have tried many places around the whole Japan, this is definitely one of the best. I brought my family here, some of them was the first-timer. Since the place is so big, it made them feel comfortable trying it and all of them loved it! Big indoor onsen, super big outdoor onsen.
