城崎は相場が高いのだと思いますが、価格の割には期待を上回ることはありませんでした。夕食も但馬牛が出ましたが、少しさみしいコースでした。貸切家族風呂が利用できたので子どもと3人でゆっくり温泉に入れましたが、部屋にシャワーは無く、大浴場も無かったので、他の方がお風呂を利用しているときは宿ではお風呂に入れないというのが不便でした。スタッフの方々はよく対応していただけました。 酷評になりますが、今までの温泉旅館の中で価格は高い方でしたが、満足は低かったです。城崎ブランドだけでなくもっと良い宿になってくれることを期待します。 さらに表示

A very nice traditional ryokan, very near the station (only few minutes walk to the station). Staff is very friendly and the ryokan is very clean. The dinner and breakfast set were awesome. We were given the pass to 7 public baths which was convenient, the private bath in the ryokan is great too. Highly recommended! さらに表示

The ryokan is conveniently location, only 3 min walk from the train station. It's about 2 min walk from one of the 7 public baths. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the kaiseki ryori and breakfast. さらに表示

Staffs are exceptional friendly. They have 2 private onsens in the ryokan. We get the tastety breakfast but for dinner you can walk around the ryokan, there are many restaurants around. Kinosaki is a small town that you can completely walk around in one day. さらに表示

Great location as it's only a few minutes walk from the train station. Room is cosy. We booked 1 night with dinner & breakfast. Dinner is seafood feast, very yummy. Traditional Japanese breakfast is awesome too. Staff are very accommodating.We love this place and definitely go back. Ps. Have to climb the stairs, we stayed on 3rd floor:) さらに表示

The best thing about Mikuniya is its staffs. They are very professional, attentive and speak good English. Meals are excellent and private onsen is a plus. The only downside is that there are a lot of steep stairs. さらに表示

This is our 2nd time we stayed here. We stayed here last year & decided to stay here again this year, bringing another Friend of us. We were again welcomed with the same great service. The room was spacious. Dinner spread was "endlessly" fantastic. Breakfast was equally enthralling. Management staffs speaks good English. Summary : If you're looking for that "Japan Hour" experience, you won't be disappointed with Mikuniya. Will definitely recommend to all our friends. さらに表示

relaxing and enjoyable sleeping on the futons. Their own baths with spring water was nice, carrying luggage down 3 flights of steep stairs was an unintended exercise that i didnt mind but that may not be appreciated by other folk who might have issues with lots of stairs to get to your room. attentative front of desk who were able to communicate clearly in english was a surprise in such a small town but was very much appreciated. This was our 2nd stay at this inn since 6 years ago when we had enjoyed many varieties of crab feast. I didn’t study about start of crab season which starts mid November. We enjoyed the beef and fish though. They serve good food. We will come back again in crab season which ends at the end of March. さらに表示

This is my forth time at Kinosaki onsen, if compare to others it just ok. No elevator. Beware of steep stairs. Keiseki for dinner does not worth the price and the taste is so so. Room is small and worned off. Does not worth the price. さらに表示

Staff were very kind and hospitable. We felt very well taken care of. Facilities for onsen are small/limited. Private onsen is only available starting at 4pm by reservation. The general use bath is also a private bath but there is only one - No reservations taken for this one, first come first serve. Looks small from the outside, but it's a big place! 3 minute walk to the train station. Food is fabulous and the staff welcoming and helpful. They even dress the ladies in colorful yukata to wear while walking around town. Love Mikuniya! さらに表示

I stayed three nights at this ryokan while attending a geopark conference at Toyooka.As my schedule was tight and pack i only have one day to truly explore the area and the hotel. The staff were informative in giving short review on places to visit and restaurant serve local delicacies. Every staffs can converse in English which makes us feel very comfortable. Food are nicely arrange in front of us and food quality was excellent. Free wearing experience of yuakata and staff came to our room to help us to wear it, feels like a VIP. We reached there abit too late(around 4pm) so the time slot for private onsen was almost fully booked. Nevertheless we still enjoyed the private onsen. Breakfast was served on the 3rd floor, we feel abit tensed because the room was too quiet and all the travelers were in the same room eating breakfast.
