家族4人で６人用の部屋に宿泊、とにかく広くて、新しいこともありとても清潔、綺麗、リビングスペースが良い。周りには飲食店がたくさんあり、歩いて10秒のところにファミマもあります。伊右衛門カフェも近いです。傘の貸し出しやレンタサイクル(有料)あり。洗面台２つ、洗濯機はドラム式で乾燥ok、洗剤の小さいパック２つ付。 マイナス点はベッドを使わない乳児も１人とカウントするので注意が必要です。驚いたのはフロントの海外の方の日本語の流暢なこと。とても親切丁寧です。是非また泊まりたい。コスパが良すぎて驚きました。周りにも勧めます！ it's only 3stop(karasumaoike) from Kyoto station by subway(karasma line).and 10min walk.so clean,room is big(actually it's huge compare to nomal Japanese size).there is own washer-dryer,with 2pack of detergent. さらに表示

車で利用したので駐車場がないのが難点かな。 近くに打ち止めのコインパーキングがあるのでまだよかったけど。 駅近でコンビニ、ドラッグストアー、スタバ、飲食店充実してるので困ることはなかったです。 大きい通りから入ったとこなので静かで、落ち着いてました。 バストイレ別だし、洗濯機もあって、小さい子供が居ても荷物少な目で助かると思うけど、パジャマはおいてないからかさばらない程度のものが必要です！ スタッフの方たちはフレンドリーで、なおかつ親切でした。ただ、駐車場の案内は少し的確に答えられると助かるかな。 一方通行多いので、電話だと難しいかもしれないけど結構自分で探さないと行けないから。 角のファミリーマートの向かいに私たちは止めました。 日曜の18時前から翌日8時過ぎまでで￥2500。 とりあえず参考に。 ホテル向かいの居酒屋さんリーズナブルで 美味しかったですよ！ さらに表示

4人で一泊12000円ほどで宿泊できました。 お部屋にミニキッチンと食器が付いていたのでご飯は外で買ってきたものを温めて食べることもでき、調理器具も一通り揃っていたので家族の中に食事の制限がある方にも便利だと思います。 ドラム式の洗濯乾燥機もあり、宿泊分も洗剤も付いているので子供の服が足りなくなるという時も好都合です。私は旅行後の大量の洗濯が嫌いなので毎晩洗濯しました。 それからお風呂は洗い場と湯船が分かれているので、子供と一緒に入浴する時便利でした。 お部屋も広く清潔で、バスタオルは毎日交換してくれますし快適な宿泊でした。 場所は大通りから一本入ったところなので夜も静かでした。 さらに表示

大人7人*子ども2人の計9人で宿泊しました^^ お部屋がとても綺麗で部屋の設備も良かったです!!! 家族で利用したのですが本当の家のような感じで とても居心地がよかったです♪ トイレが2つ、お風呂とトイレはもちろん別!!! 大家族なのでトイレが2つあるのは嬉しかったです!!! 乾燥機付きの洗濯機があったのも良かったです^^ 大きなテーブルにソファーもあったので 夜遅くまで家族でワイワイしてました☆ また京都に行った際は利用したいです^^ スタッフの方も良かったので全てにおいて 本当に良かったです^^ さらに表示

We spent three nights here for the Gion Festival. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed--washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, toaster and multiple outlets for the kids' devices. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. We had booked the hotel knowing that it was walking distance to the Gion Matsuri festivities. But we didn't know that the procession ends right at Shinmachi-dori and that we could see the floats from our hotel room window! It was our kids' favorite hotel in Japan. さらに表示

The hotel is located in a very nice area and within walking distance from the Karasuma Oike metro station as well as the Nishiki Market. Same as the MIMARU Akasaka in Tokyo, the hotel room is very spacious and equipped with sufficient utensil in the kitchenette. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We are able to borrow cooking equipment, iron as well as rent bikes from the front desk. We definitely recommend MIMARU to other travellers in Kyoto. さらに表示

As with all MIMARU apartments, this one served our purpose of being close to the main shopping area in Kyoto with in room stoves and TV. Just like living in a japanese tatami home! It was great for my 80+ year old grandmother, parents and myself with more than enough space everywhere to sleep and eat and socialize, unlike most japnese hotel rooms which charge a premium. I highly recommend this chain for your next family holiday to japan. Their staff (front desk) and cleaners were very courteous and warm. They even helped is with directions to the local attractions! Overall was a great stay. Good: - Spacious with private facilities like washing machine and small kitchen. OK: Location - not the most convenient but with a few train changes and/or figuring out the bus routes and walking, can get to most places. Can be improved: - What surprised me was the rigidity of housekeeping. I am fine with changing of sheets only on the 4th day or every 3rd day. But they refused to change our sheets and left a pink slip and sheets for us to change the sheets ourselves. This was coz we left ‘personal items’ there. Come on. We left 2 of our own small pillows on the bed. In 100% of the hotels i have stayed in my entire life, none, zero, have refused to change the sheets just coz something was left on the bed. While i realise you try to cut down on housekeeping to keep room rates down, this is far too rigid. さらに表示

Our children were 12 and 8 and we stayed in a bunk bed room. The staff are lovely and friendly and the location is perfect to walk to most places in Kyoto. Given the cost of hotel rooms in Japan and the small size of them- this was excellent. We in fact stayed in the same chain in Tokyo as well. さらに表示
