全体的にとてもきれいでした。 シーツなのか、ベッド自体なのかわかりませんでしたが、前に泊まられてた方の香水の匂いが残ってたのと、枕カバーや、掛け布団カバーが体臭というか皮脂の匂いが洗濯されてても取り切れてなかったのが若干気になりました。鼻が敏感なほうなので、普通の方にとっては気にならないのかもしれませんが。 それ以外は、お風呂も洗い場と浴槽があるタイプで広くてきれいでしたし、大満足だ。 さらに表示

とても綺麗で、京都八条口からも徒歩で5分くらいでロケーションもばっちり、スタッフも外国の方でしたが、指導もちゃんとされてました。とても快適に２日間でしたが過ごせました。荷物もチェックインとチェックアウト後も預かってもらえることができました。京都では、ロッカーを探すのが大変なのでとても助かりました。駅から近いこともあり、タクシーもすぐに止めることができ、また利用したいと思いました。 さらに表示

It's a 3 min walk to the Hachijo East entrance of Kyoto train station, the hotel is new and lovely (we got the room with the garden) and the price was reasonable, so all in all a win! We also liked the layout (the table and couches made for a great place to lounge around). There's laundry and dryers, and of course, the location is unbeatable for transport convenience. What a great hotel! The staff was super friendly, the room was laid out spaciously with a well supplied kitchen. Two 7-11s nearby! So many little things that made the difference...coffee/tea, little gifts for kids, bus map in room! We took a few day trips so being near Kyoto station helped. My little kids & grandma satisfied at the same time. Spacious room with family table. Truly 5 minutes from Kyoto station. 7/11 & lawson CVS just around corner. Rooftop opens 7am to 9pm, great for surrounding view. More like air B&B. Definitely go for it next visit. さらに表示

We booked a family room with bunk bed. My kids love it as bunk bed has USB charger and reading light panel. It is a Spacious room with full set of kitchen facilities. Staff speaks very good English and very helpful. There is convenience store and cafes in walking distance. There is also a Donki store (in Avanti mall) in walking distance of 5 mins. The hotel is extremely suitable for family focused travel with it's position as an apartment style hotel. Everything that is expected is there, double decker bunk beds for kids with USB ports by the side and 2 comfy queen size beds for the parents, fully equipped kitchen and dinning tables that double up as living room and sofa bed for 5th person in the family and a nice toilet. But can mimaru makes it a perfect 10 by including washing machine + dryer inside the room? They're obviously successful in positioning themselves as an ideal family focused apartment hotel as seen by the amount of families who made a beeline for the use of shared washing machines and dryers way into the wee hours of the night. Please please please do consider including these inside the options for future mimaru if not please include washing machine options in any upgrade to mimaru projects. さらに表示

We have a high floor room and the view was great. Very close to Kyoto station, and airport bus. We arrived by late bus at night and depart by train. Room not fully sound proofing, still able to hear the noise from train さらに表示

The location is so good, just opp kyoto Station with many shopping areas and restaurants. From the east exit, u will see avanti, facing avanti to the left u will see a 7 eleven, mimaru is just further down to the left of 7 eleven. Staff is very friendly and speak good English. My nephews totally enjoyed the stay there, they love the bunk bed especially. If you would like to do your laundry, there are washing machines available on the 1st level, costs just 400 yen to do the washing. On the day we checked out, we were given a hand written note by the staff. Would definitely come back here to stay again. さらに表示

While room is small as expected in Japan, it can still house 5 pax comfortably. Room was well equipped and in good condition. Hotel has laundry area with nominal fee. Very near Kyoto Station (5 mins walk). Staff very friendly. We could even simple cook meals in the room! Convenience store and restaurants are all within 5 mins walking distance. さらに表示
