We were 2 families, one with 3 adults and mine with my husband, 2 teenagers and 1 child. So we booked 2 rooms. We arrived in the T-CAT station from Narita T2 and walking (a short 3-4 minute) to the hotel is a breeze. We were greeted by Tatsuyo, a front desk officer, and was so willingly helpful when we needed to rent a portable wifi and even find a certain bus station. There are a number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. The nearest train stations are Hatchobori and Kayabacho which are both around 10min walk from the hotel. In the rooms, the beds, linens, and pillows are of quality. They are so comfortable you wouldn’t want to get off the bed. But in our case, we were well rested from a day’s walk. There’s also a coin-operated washer and dryer in the 1st floor. In our future Tokyo stay, we are definitely coming back to Mimaru or try their other locations. We were a family of 4 with teenagers, the kids really like the bunk beds with their own charging station. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette that has a microwave, stove, big fridge (finally one that holds a 2L milk bottle) , cockery and cutlery. Good for preparing quick meals and breakfast. I would not recommend any full-on cooking as the room has no partition. There is a coin-operated laundry at the ground floor of the hotel, which really helped as we were in the 2nd half of our journey and running out of clean clothes. Staff were helpful and speak good English, you can also borrow a variety of items from the reception, including a vacuum cleaner if you cannot wait for the alternate-day house-keeping. There is a small Japanese restaurant just beside the hotel which serves really good gyoza, my family enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located at a quiet area, not much action ard but the subway station is just 3 mins walk away for you to get to where you want to. さらに表示

This place is clean, spacious and co.fortable and for a family of four, it was perfect. Close to connections to both airports it's a slightly quieter part of town but we found it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day but it's only a few minute on public transport to the hustle and bustle. There's also some nice places to eat and a couple of supermarkets within walking distance so that was also a big plus for us. On top of all of that the staff were wonderful and always incredibly helpful so we really can't fault this place. さらに表示

Very nice place. Enough space for 4, modern & comfort. Simple modern japanese decoration. Small kitchen. Close to the metro, but not central. We had a very nice stay (6 nights) with 2 kids. We highly recommand. さらに表示

Traveled with a family of 7 and we very much enjoyed staying here. There was enough space for us in the connecting rooms. Modern Japanese design made it a cool and comfortable experience for everyone. It was also very walkable to two train stations (for the Hanzomon and Hibiya lines) and a bus station to Narita. I just wish there was an option for using the window. Still amazed and would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

A hidden gem in the middle of Tokyo. The location is next to T-CAT that has both direct access to Narita/Haneda Airport with Airport Limousine. There are 2 lines of subway within walking distance. Surrounding area is less crowded than central area but have all basic necessity (supermarket, convenicence stores, small restaurants and coffee shops). The hotel only provided full cleaning service of room on 4th and 7th day of staying. But they will change bath towels, vacuum floor, and clean up garbage in daily basis. The room itself consists of 2 adjoining single bed and 2 bunk bed. A fully function mini pantry/kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink) area inside room is in perfect condition complete with dining and cooking utensils provided. Self service coin laundry and drinking vending machine are available in premises. A perfect choice for traveling with family or group. さらに表示

went here with my mom, dad, and my brother. although far from the central crowded tokyo (shinjuku etc) but Mimaru is close to a train station which makes easier to commute to the city! service was amazing, friendly, helpful. they provided many facilities for us to choose which was nice and also a phone in the rooms for us to use. the room was comfy, homy for us a family of 4. overall it was a very pleasant stay, and we’d love to come back (we’re interested as well to stay in the other branch of Mimaru in Tokyo) thanks Mimaru! さらに表示

We stayed here for three nights. The location is good, about 4 mins walk to Suitengumae metro station and 8 mins walk to Kayabacho metro station. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby. This apartment hotel is rather new, the facilities are modern and clean. Our party of four stayed in a bunk bed twin room. The room was large compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo, it had a seating area, kitchenette, microwave, fridge. The beds were comfortable and firm, good for the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo. さらに表示

Big space. Me and my family love the hotel so much! The have 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. Ideal for traveling with children. I got a reasonable price too for this hotel. The hotel were new, everything in the perfect forms. Hope someday I go to Tokyo again, the price remains the same. Haha. It located in Suitengumae. A bit far from city center and silent in the night. near metro station just 2 stop from otemachi (transit to tokyo station). Hotel area are quite. Just remembered hotel didn’t offer complimentary bottled water (you can buy inside hotel) and no cleaning room (only changing towel, clean floor and empty garbage). But room are spacious, have pantry inside, living room, free smartphone to local call and free internet to around tokyo, pantry have anything like scissor, knife, glass, plate even chopstick, large refrigerator. Very suitable for family, also washing machine and dry machine for rent 300¥ and 100¥ (check pic attach) Overall, I will comeback again if still value for money and recommend to my friend さらに表示

I'm really love this apartment, it was nice location, you can drop at Suitengumae sta. and walk out at exit 2, turn right and go ahead over 2 blocks, you will see the hetel in front of you. There are nice staff and so kindness. I love the japanese resturant near by hotel, good taste and friendly chef. I will be there again for sure!!! さらに表示

Clean room with enough space for family. Good location near TCAT (airport bus terminal) and Suitengumae station (exit 2)-subway line. Well furnished with nice toilet, shower room, kitchen, dinning table, etc.. Really feel like home and comfortable to stay here. We stayed there with our 1 y.o. child. The apartment was clean, functional and spacious. Walking distance to the subway line. The tatami floor in the bedroom was of great help to arrange the baby bed with the futons. We will definitely come back to Mimaru. さらに表示

We got the family room so it was an open space apartment. The ambience of the whole place was great, felt almost Muji-like. Staff was super friendly, and you can even borrow items like rice-cooker or games to play from the front desk. The apartment was super clean and comfortable for a family of 5. Location was great, near 2 stations with one being only a 2 minutes walk away. Several convenience stores around, and lots of small restaurants within a quaint neighbourhood.
