最高!
A new hotel with rooms that can cope with groups and families. Very convenient where there is Family Mart, 7-eleven and a 24-hour supermarket nearby. Only takes 5 mins walk to and from the JR Ueno station. We would definitely choose it again when we are travelling with our family or friends. さらに表示

We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the service apartment in Mimaru. Although it said to be about 38m², it certainly felt a lot bigger especially after staying in other Japanese hotel room which is typically about 15 m²-18 m². The room was well equipped, plus the lobby have a number of appliance on-loan if needed. Location-wise, it’s about 10min walk from Metro-Inaricho station and 15min walk from Ueno JR station, both fairly accessible. Also we can see the Tokyo Skytree tower from a distance. We really enjoyed our stay in Mimaru, and will definitely stay there again! さらに表示

love the room that larger than other hotel in Tokyo. There are Kitchen, dinning table , refrigerator and microwave. we stayed here for 3nights for 4person. Location only 450meter from Ueno station and Seven Eleven along the way we pass. Staff friendly and good service. The staff help to call taxi to KeiSei line on the day we left for us. 5~10mins from ueno 入谷 exit. Supermarket just on the next corner. Although not the best location in ueno area, but if you want a bigger room for the whole family and excellent service. This hotel still a very good choice. さらに表示

There are very cozy and comfortable. We are 4 peoples lives in a large room. We all can open our own luggages and there are still have enough spacing to walk. The bathroom was bigger than my thought. I love Mimaru hotel - stayed at Suitengumae one last summer and this Inaricho last week. Rooms are great - bigger than average you can find at the same price in Tokyo. Location is convenient at 10 mins walk from Ueno station with restaurant, supermarket, and convenient stores near by. It is also 3 mins walk to Inaricho subway station (Ginza line). Thanks to all friendly staffs at reception and housekeeping services - they are very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend! さらに表示

The room is tidy, but still a bit crowded for 4 people. The dining table with four chairs are too bulky. The chairs are too heavy to move. The bathroom in Japanese style is good. It would be better to have more hangers (on the walls or doors) for us to hang the towels after bath. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. We stayed there for 5 days 4 nights, but cleaning was only done on the fourth day, why was it not done on the third day? Anyways, the hotel staff are friendly and can communicate in English. Throughout my stay, all the receptionist were extremely helpful and although the midnight receptionist couldn't speak english. She had a e-translator so that we could communicate. The room was huge compared to other hotels I stayed in Tokyo. We had like 6-9 luggages/bags and we still could take out stuff. There were 2 western bed and 2 Japanese futon bed (the tatami was harder than usual), a kitchen and a dining table. A lot of space to put your shopping bags/food/drinks. The bathroom and toilet were separated which was good and more flexible. There's a supermarket/convenient store just around the corner too. There's also a laundry room and vending machines on ground floor. Highly recommend for those who are travelling as a family or group of friends. さらに表示

The room is new, clean and well eqipped with facilities we need. The room fits well to 4 people with comfortable space. It is near to Inaricho subway and within a walkable distance from JR Ueno. The only disadvantage is it is quite far when walking from Keisei ueno with luggages. さらに表示

While the rooms are a bit larger than typical cubicle-sized hotel rooms in Tokyo, the hotel gets a lot of wear and tear, I suspect from the constant turnover of guests. The cushions/beds by the table are stained and leaves you feeling that everything else might not be as clean as you'd want. There was a bad smell in the room upon our return every night, I suspect because the carpeting is dirty. I also had a bad experience with the hotel staff. Wasn't informed that there was a surcharge for the hotel to call us a taxi. We were a party of six and told we needed two taxis. The distance was .5 k away. Notice the taxi driver (one following the other) looped the area twice. We complained but the drivers did not understand English. So the problem was two-fold: surcharge was not disclosed to us and the taxi drivers took us for a ride! Pun intended. When I complained to the hotel, they apologized but it would have been better if they reimbursed us for the surcharge and the double c さらに表示

The unit is very new. The location is good. Surround by 24 hours convenience stores & supermarket. Walking distance to Ginza line (metro) and a further walk to get you to Ueno station (JR). There are also restaurants around the hotel. Is the white side of Japan and we truest enjoy our stay here after the bustling busy sight seeing and shopping at day time. Staff are Super helpful too. Bad Nothing to complaint. The walk to station was manageable. But accordingly some is a bit far. The only limitation is house keeping is done on every fourth day. Loved our japanese style deluxe apartment with 2 beds and 2 futons. The room was so comfortable and even the bathroom was very spacious and generous. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Tokyo. The kitchenette was very well equiped, would like to try cooking some light meals here next time. さらに表示

Nice cozy space for 4 of us, friendly front desk staff. The only disappointment was the small error by housekeeping team. We're aware of daily house keeping service is only to change towels and garbage bags but it came to a big surprise when we went back to our room seeing the garbage bag lying on the floor. さらに表示

We stayed here twice and my entire family loved it. It is extremely convenient, with a supermarket nearby. The rooms were new, clean and spacious and perfect for a family of four. It's close to the Hibiya Line and JR Ueno Station which was convenient to take the Shinkansen. It's a bit farther from the Keisei Skyliner but still convenient and walkable. There is everything you need there to cook light meals and good laundry facilities. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend for business or family travelers. さらに表示

We love how spacious the room is, its really rare to find a hotel or airbnb this comfortable, but its more on the pricey side, if considering going as a group and family, this hotel should be one of the better choices. Walkable distance to many konbini, with a view of sky tree. Staffs was super friendly. I slept on the sofa bed but wasnt feeling uncomfortable or anything. Room was spacious for 3 29” luggages. Love the innovative kitchen sink and huge refrigerator as we love eating supper. Downside probably add more hangers in the wardrobe because winter we need to air alot of clothings, and i was hoping to open the balcony window for some fresh air but it would trigger the alarm.
