非常に満足
部屋も清潔で、とても綺麗です。常時、スタッフの方は、おられませんが、判り易く、泊まり易い環境です。簡単なダイニングがあり、調理もできます。各部屋にバスルームもあり、色々と設備され、ゲストハウスとは言えない程、整っています！ベットも寝易く、綺麗な布団やシーツです。宿を探し辛いのが難点ですが、近鉄、JRにも行かれ，商店街も直ぐですので、大変に、便利です。 さらに表示

外観は普通の家で暗かったのでちょっと迷いました。
部屋はお風呂もトイレもついていて、とても綺麗で快適でした。
ただ、到着した時にスタッフがいなくて鍵と部屋番号のみがカウンターに置いてあってどうすれば良いかわからず、先に到着した外人のゲストに案内してもらいました。
料金も未払いで、明日までスタッフが来なかったらどう支払えばいいか心配していたら、9時にスタッフが部屋に来てくれしました。
紙にでもスタッフが留守の時にどうしたらいいか一言書いておいてもらったら心配せずに良かったと思います。 さらに表示

The location is excellent. You are 3 minutes walk from restaurants and deer. The motel has an interesting set-up. When you arrive, your key will be waiting for you on the desk. You will let yourself in and then pay when you see an employee (in my case, usually in the evening from 7pm to 9pm or in the morning around 10am).
To let yourself in, you place a palm on the top portion of the Samsung lock, wait one second, then hold the electronic key near the bottom part of the lock. To lock it, you put your palm on the upper part of the lock and hold until you see or hear a padlock click.
The walls are thin, so you will hear people if they come down the stairs. A curfew is posted from 10pm to 6am when no one is supposed to be in the common area. In practice, the curfew seemed to be from 12am to 6am.
Towels and basic soap/shampoo were provided for me. If you see an employee, you can ask to exchange dirty towels for new ones. (July 2019) さらに表示

This is Japanese style room. It is very clean n quite. The location is good, coz it is easy to walk to the touriest attractions. The hostel offer the free locker to us, if u don’t want to take r heavy luggage upstairs. さらに表示

Check in and check out is very hassle free. You will only need to meet the staff to give your payment. Otherwise, they only leave the key with your name at the front desk. You can leave your luggage under the staircase after check out and just come back for them later. Location is very close to the shopping district, around 50m away. Nara deer park is a 10min walk from the inn. It's a lot closer to the Kintetsu Nara station, but getting off at JR Nara station is still manageable with an additional 10min walk. Room is very clean and water from the faucet is drinkable. The toilet is a bit small but clean. I would say the price is cheap for the location and the quality of stay we had. Just hoped they had an extra towel since we were 2 in the room but they gave only 1 towel. Was supposed to request for another one however, we weren't able to meet the staff after giving our payment. さらに表示

This is great value and super clean but the rooms are very small and the walls extremely thin. We were unlucky to have room 1 which turned out to be the smallest, no room for bags so they had to go behind the bed. It was also directly onto the shared kitchen which was noisy if people were getting up early to have breakfast, they might as well have been in the room with us! Great value for room with a private bathroom but try and get an upstairs room if you can. さらに表示

雖然離JR奈良站有點距離，但是在一條熱鬧的商店街卻相對靜謐的巷弄中，離奈良公園走路也不會很遠～不管是隔音、舒適度或是服務態度都很棒！還提供冰箱、熱水壺、微波爐、烤麵包機等設施，整體設備對旅客來說有種回家的感覺～ さらに表示
基本上硬體設備都還不錯，都蠻新的，有中文服務，缺點就是沒有附屬垃圾桶，隔音差，如果是住在一樓廚房旁邊的客房就會容易被外面的聲音吵到，最恐怖的是當天入住遇到一個歐美的外國人，會喝酒跟抽菸然後在半夜的時候，類似發酒瘋在廚房咆哮罵髒話，接著又在凌晨時在廚房發出撞擊的聲響又罵髒話跟很多不雅字眼，甚至在隔天一大早去廚房裝熱水時，還被他罵說為什麼要裝這麼多水煮開水，這樣會危害到他的安全，但隔天早上要退房時又不見管理員的蹤影，無法跟他即時反映，結論是一整個住房體驗很差 さらに表示
