部屋もきれいでとても過ごしやすかったです。 洗濯機とお皿・ナイフがなかったのが残念でしたがそれ以外はすべてありますし、 お風呂もきれいで自宅にいるような感覚で過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方も親切で、チェックアウトの日に地震が発生し電車がストップした際もチェックアウトの時間を延ばしてくださったりと大変良かったです。 アクセスもよく、近くにドンキー・コンビニ・商店街。すぐにほしいものが手に入りますので特段困ることはありませんでした。 長期の時は必ず利用しようと思います。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

0、4歳の子ども2人、大人2人で滞在。1万円予算で通常のホテルをとると小さな子どもがいると非常に窮屈なのでアパートタイプの宿泊先を探したところこちらを見つけました。広さ、値段、設備、申し分なく即予約しまそた。キッチン設備、洗濯機も整っているので暮らすように滞在でき、何一つ不自由しませんでした。子ども達も動き回ることができ、ストレスなく過ごせたと思います。唯一の難点は所在地。梅田から京阪で10分以内という立地は素晴らしいのですが、駅〜ホテル周辺はキャバクラ等が多い途中のため、夜は少し物騒です。また、ホテル周辺は大型トラックも多く往来するので突発的に動く年齢の子どもがいる方は細心の注意が必要です。 さらに表示

とにかく綺麗でモダンな内装、立地も良いし 子連れで大人数の我々には最高のホテルでした。 特に最後チェックアウトの朝は外が雨で 私たちは3人の小さい子を連れ困っていました。 すると「いらない傘があるので良かったら 持って行ってください」とスタッフの方が 親切に言ってくださり、傘をくれました。 本当に助かりました！ またぜひ宿泊したいです！！！ さらに表示

６人部屋を家族５人で一泊しました。部屋はとても広くモノトーンでスッキリとして、冷蔵庫やレンジもあり、とても快適に過ごせました。コンビニや商店街も近く買い物にも困りませんでした。車で来て駐車場がないので大丈夫か心配でしたが、近くにパーキングも沢山あり困りませんでした。また是非、利用したいです。 さらに表示

夕食は外食より料理を作りたかったので、近くのスーパーで食材を購入し作りましたが、お皿がなかったので、コンビニで紙皿をかいました。フォークとナイフは、ありましたが、できればお皿も準備していただくと、ありがたいです。 室内はとても綺麗で、満足でした。 とても心地良かったので、帰りたくなく、住みたい気持ちになりました。 また利用させていただきます。 さらに表示

The place is very cosy as all the facilities is exactly what you need for a long stay. Front desk staff are all friendly and speak great English. I've read the other reviews about the "red-light" area. From Juso station, you will have to cross a street that has a sign "Sakaemachi Juso Osaka" to get to Minn. I travelled with my mum and our stay was early Feb 2019. Thankfully, no one bothered us and no harm was done. It is also near a "Seven & i" which is like a 7 Eleven so we were able to get some food there. Overall, I would say it is a comfortable, value for money place to stay in Osaka eventhough it's abit far from the main city attractions. さらに表示

very good location, convenience store and supermarket are just downstairs of the hotel.. Juso station is just a short distance walk.Shops and eateries are everywhere.So you can have everything needed without going to Umeda or big malls in Namba.. さらに表示

The location abit distance from the station. We are wrongly booked in area. This area is night life area... not suitable or young kids. But we like the nearly local morning market. Staffs isn’t really helpful when we arrived we had 4 big luggage and one stroller... there’s only staircase. They saw us but no even help us to carry. (Me n my hubby and my daughter) さらに表示

Juso station is just a short walk away. Surrounded by affordable food choices. Could get a bit noisy at night though since it is located in the red light district. Room is spacious with kitchen, stove, pot and pan, ref, microwave oven and electric water kettle. Best of all, they provide a mobile phone for free use for each room. We got 2 rooms thus we had 2 mobile phones which was very handy when our group split up while visiting Kyoto. さらに表示

Fr Kaisai airport terminal 1, we took the bus limo (70 mins) then got off at the bus terminal at new Hankyu Hotel. From there we took a taxi to the hotel (10 mins cost us ¥1400). Get the name and address of the hotel in japanese writing from Minn because we had a hard time explaining to the drivers their location in English. It is close to Juso station, has wide range of delicious eateries nearby at affordable prices like ramen for ¥490 to ¥800. A few eateries selling street food (¥300-500) Osaka is known for. The room has no proper dining table but self contained. You can easily buy ready to grill wagyu beef (about ¥1500 per tray) ready to eat sashimi (¥250 to ¥900), vegetables, fruits, seafood at the nearby stalls or grocery store. The hotel is manned by people from different background at certain times who can speak japanese which is helpful but the locals can also speak English. My family stayed at Minn for 5nights in Oct and it was incredible. The location is easy to find, 5mins walk from the train station and has many mini marts, eateries and a super market all within 5-10mins walk. Staff are friendly and the Family room is big with room for 2 big luggages with space to walk. The washer and cooking facilities added to our convenience as well. Minn is an interesting place to stay, in that it is not exactly a hotel, so much as it is a furnished apartment. The rooms are nicely appointed, though not lavish, and kept very clean between stays. The rooms are equipped with a very nice shower/bath ensemble, with a completely separate room for the toilet. Loads of closet space with several hangers provided. All good. The small downsides are that there is no in-room safe, nor a hotel safe for that matter, so security is a bit of an issue. I ended up just carrying my passport and extra cash with me the entire time. There is a TV in the room, but it is limited to 10 or so channels, all entirely in Japanese, which wasn't a big problem, since we were seldom in the room, except to sleep. The location is excellent for getting around the Kansai area, as it is only a short 5-10 minute walk from Juso Station, on the Hankyu Line, which allows speedy access to the neighbouring cities of Kyoto, Kobe, etc. さらに表示

One stop away from the Osaka station. The room is very big with a kitchen. It is beside a local shopping district (with a lot of food choices) and a red light area. It gets complicated at night but it is generally safe (since we are talking about Japan). If you don't mind the red light area, I will recommend it! さらに表示

I love everything at Minn Your Second Home. the facility, room, staff all in a GREAT points. it nears with Juso station, unfortunately it is not JR station, so for you who use JR, you can not use it. from Minn to Juso station takes around 5minutes to walk. overall I'm happy . さらに表示
