Extremely nice people. The food was homemade and was very delicious. The hot springs is connected to the hotel. They provide transportation to the train station and the Snow monkey park entrance. さらに表示

Though not right smacked in Shibu Onsen, its in between Shibu Onsen & Snow Monkey Park, I find it a great location cause you get to explore and take in the view through the walks. Owners were friendly & helpful. They picked us & sent us back to Yudanaka station, and a one-way car ride to Snow Monkey park. Oh, and dont worry about not having a bathroom/toilet in your room. After your onsen, you would need to bathe too. Bathroom is right beside onsen. And the outdoor onsen is soooooo beautiful! We love it! Would stay here again さらに表示

The house may look old but this Ryokan is actually an excellent choice. Small yet cozy, very clean and the host is very friendly and accommodating. I emailed them for help on how to go to their place from the Yudanaka station and they offered to pick us up instead. Then they offered to arrange a nice Japanese breakfast for us. They have their own onsen that you can enjoy. If you are looking for a nice Japanese hospitality and surrounding, this is where you should go. Thumbs up for the hosts. Thank you so much. We had so much fun in Yudanaka. Our stay in your place has become the highlight of my family's 10 days Japan travel. We will love to return again someday. さらに表示

The hosts are so nice. After we got to Yudanaka station, the lady in the info center called the host to pick us up. It is really helpful that the info lady translated the details for us. The hot spring is an open space and very clean. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time there. さらに表示
